Surviving in Apocalypse with Children

Turning into a Zombie

Bai Xiong looked in the direction of the room where Bai Mu was and felt its quietness. He suddenly felt a bit strange.

He stood up from the sofa and walked toward the room.

After Bai Mu fell to the ground, her body began to undergo gradual changes.

After an unknown amount of time, Bai Mu slowly woke up.

Her eyes were no longer pitch black but had turned gray-white, devoid of any emotion.

Because she was bitten on the arm, apart from the changes in her arm, fingernails, and eyes, the rest of her body seemed normal.

At this moment, Bai Mu felt very hungry. She craved for meat, human flesh, and delicious and sweet human flesh.

All that flashed through her mind was the thought of human flesh and nothing else.

Bai Xiong forcefully pushed the door but discovered that it was locked from the inside.

He rummaged through the living room and found a spare key in an inconspicuous drawer.

Bai Xiong feels very angry now. He didn’t know why this bitch locked the door.

Little did Bai Xiong know that what awaited him after opening the door would have unforeseen consequences.

He put the key into the keyhole, and with a “click,” the door opened.

Stepping into the room, he saw no one on the bed and walked in the direction of the bathroom.

Meanwhile, Bai Mu, who was lying on the ground, smelled the scent of food and sluggishly climbed to her feet.

Her movements were slow, but she managed to slowly rise from the ground.

Just as Bai Mu stood up, Bai Xiong opened the bathroom door.

They locked eyes. Bai Xiong’s heart trembled as he gazed at the gray-white pupils and the ghastly appearance of Bai Mu in front of him, with sharp fangs visible at the corners of her mouth, appearing somewhat terrifying.

Bai Xiong’s legs shook as he pointed at Bai Mu and stammered, “You… you… you.”

He struggled to say a complete sentence.

Brown liquid flowed down on the floor and it emitted a pungent urine smell. When combined with the foul smell from Bai Mu’s arm, the two created a disgusting mixture of smell.

Bai Xiong’s legs were so weak that he couldn’t even stand steadily, let alone escape.

“Hungry… hungry…”

Bai Mu looked at Bai Xiong expressionlessly and walked towards him.

The distance between them was short, about two or three steps, and she quickly reached Bai Xiong.

Bai Xiong was terrified, and fear showed in his eyes. He used his arms to prop himself up and moved backward.

Bai Mu screamed “roar, roar, roar” in the narrow bathroom, sounding particularly harsh.

Bai Xiong never expected that Bai Mu would turn into a zombie.

He felt scared but had nowhere to retreat.

If Bai Xiong had not entered the bathroom, he might not have come to the scene. He suddenly realized that he should have left quickly upon seeing Bai Mu instead of collapsing on the ground.

This shows that Bai Xiong was someone who bullied the weak and feared the strong.

Lost in his thoughts, Bai Xiong failed to notice the imminent danger.

Bai Mu slowly approached Bai Xiong, grabbed his arm, and, with a growl, bit into it. Instantly, fresh blood oozed out, accompanied by a strong smell of blood.

“Ahhhh…”

A miserable scream escaped Bai Xiong’s lips as he looked at the chunk of flesh bitten off by Bai Mu. He grimaced in pain, cold sweat pouring down on his forehead, and his face turned as pale as paper. He became the food for Bai Mu.

Bai Xiong was now filled with terror and trembling. He looked extremely pitiful.

Unfortunately, there was no one to rescue him.

“Ah, let go of me, let go!” Bai Xiong shouted in fear. His arm was still tightly bitten by Bai Mu, and he frantically hit her.

However, Bai Mu was now a zombie with no emotions, so how could she understand his words? Even his frantic hits are just like scratching an itch without any pain.

In the end, Bai Xiong struggled to no avail, passed out from the pain, and his consciousness gradually faded.

Outside, the sky had turned pitch black. Thunder and lightning filled the air, and heavy rain poured down.

Bai Xiong and Bai Mu appeared eerie and horrifying inside the room.

No one knows what this rain will be like.

    Thanks for the chapter

This is getting better and better

  3. M&M's says:

Well at least Bai Xiong was lucky enough to faint from the pain so can’t feel the rest of him being devoured slowly by his wife, lol. Considering she can talk, though, after eating her husband, I’m pretty sure she’ll level up to an intelligent zombie.

    Thanks for the chapter! 😀
