When I Became a Zombie

An explanation was inevitable. Fortunately, they didn’t have the problem of speaking slowly. There were about three people outside besides him, one of whom was a woman.

I heard someone shouting, “Are you crazy?” followed by the sound of bullets being loaded, and then he blocked the door and refused to give way, asking them not to shoot, asking them to calm down, and the rest of the noise was too chaotic.

I was too lazy to care about what they said, but those sounds and smells made me feel itchy.

I didn’t stand up, but sat on the ground and moved behind the table by the window.

The man at the door called him: “Xu Lin, don’t move.”

Then, he walked towards me, his hand was not on the gun, but behind his back. I guess he should have a knife on his waist, but although he was alert, he didn’t look very scared. He slowly approached me and asked: “I know you. You are also a star.”

I have an appetite for all living people, but I just don’t want to eat in front of him.

He shook his head and moved closer to me: “He protected me, those you said didn’t have such consciousness, he is different from those, and when I was with him at the airport…”

I shook the arm he held slightly and interrupted him.

He looked at me sideways, and I didn’t show any expression.

He understood, turned back and said to the man: “Anyway, he is not a threat, we want to find you. Warning you, there are a lot of zombies in the airport. I don’t know why they are trapped there and have not been able to run out. There are a lot of them, and there has been a commotion. Once they come out, the camp will be in danger. We need to leave here as soon as possible.”

He walked to the door and said to the two people: “We have to go back immediately and let them pack up.”

The one called Alu outside pointed at me: “What about this thing?”

He took my hand and walked out two steps: “Try to say the word thing again.”

If you just want to avoid the zombies in this city, then go in that direction, and there may be fewer zombies following behind you.

But it’s not safe for him to follow me, and his survival rate will be higher in the crowd.

But if I tell him now that I will leave, he probably won’t follow the group back.

So when he picked up his backpack and asked me to follow him, I did it.

They had a truck, but it was parked on the road at the other end of the forest. Fortunately, this thing had a cargo box, otherwise they would never let me get on the car.
