The Whole World Knows That the Crown Prince Loves Her

“No need,” Ye Qin insisted, “I’ve already prepared it for Quanquan.”

Nangong Mian furrowed his brows in disbelief, saying, “But communication stones are quite expensive…”

“It’s alright, third brother,” Huang Quan chimed in. “I still owe Ye Qin 3.8 million coins. I’ll just give him the money for the communication stone when the time comes.”

Hearing this, Ye Qin responded with a hint of helplessness, “Quanquan, you don’t have to pay for it.”

Huang Quan gave him a determined look and said, “You must accept it.”

Ye Qin met her gaze and relented, saying, “Alright, I’ll accept it.” This made Nangong Mian breathe a sigh of relief, and he inquired about the cost of the communication stone.

“It’s six million,” Ye Qin replied.

“Six million?” Nangong Mian looked at Ye Qin in astonishment. “I bought a communication stone for 23 million! Did I get scammed?”

Huang Quan, aware of the actual price of communication stones, was about to speak when Ye Qin added, “The seller at my place offers the lowest prices for communication stones.”

Nangong Mian and Huang Quan were left dumbfounded.

“I’ll go pick it up tomorrow,” Ye Qin continued, addressing the two of them. “So, third brother, you don’t need to buy it.”

Nangong Mian nodded in agreement, saying, “Okay.”

Without further ado, Ye Qin led the two of them to the courtyard where they would be staying, arranging their rooms.

After making the arrangements, Ye Qin turned to the two of them and said, “Third brother, Quanquan, go ahead and take a bath. We’ll have dinner after you’re done.”

Nangong Mian nodded and headed into the house.

Huang Quan, however, felt a need to address the money matter. She looked at Ye Qin and said, “I’ve taken advantage of you. All the money is on the card. I’ll go to the bank tomorrow to exchange it for 10 million silver notes and give it to you.”

Ye Qin, rubbing her head affectionately, responded, “You’re too kind. I only agreed to accept it in front of third brother. You don’t actually need to give it to me.”

Huang Quan blinked, realizing she had outmanoeuvred herself. “Ten million… I took advantage.”

“I have enough money,” Ye Qin asserted confidently. “Keep the money you’ve earned for when you really need it.”

Huang Quan smiled and shared, “I have over 20 million now. Plus, I still have fifty-seven bone regeneration pills that I haven’t sold. When I do sell them, I’ll be even richer.”

“Great,” Ye Qin said with a warm smile. “Now, go take a bath. Dinner will be ready when you come out.”

“Okay,” Huang Quan replied before obediently leaving.

As Ye Qin left the courtyard, Yong Ye returned and reported, “Your Highness, all the dresses you ordered for Miss Nangong have been delivered.” He then retrieved several boxes from his storage ring.

Each box contained a different colored dress, offering a variety of options.

Ye Qin opened the top box to reveal a stunning red dress made from fine silk and satin, embellished with intricate gold embroidery. It was truly a sight to behold.

However, Ye Qin’s expression soured as he examined the dress. He remarked, “The quality of Nishang Pavilion’s work has been deteriorating.”

The man looked a bit surprised but maintained his composure. “Your Highness, do you know how many noble ladies desire a dress from Nishang Pavilion but cannot obtain one?”

Ye Qin considered for a moment and then said, “Keep two of them. Return the rest and have them remade using the finest materials and embroidery thread. If this decline continues, Nishang Pavilion will be in jeopardy.”
