The Whole World Knows That the Crown Prince Loves Her

Purgatory Mountain in the Underworld served as a prison for extremely evil spirits. From its foot to its peak, each level confined evil spirits, growing stronger the higher one ascended. Only a maximum of six individuals could enter this realm, with only one person having free access – Huang Quan, the ruler of Purgatory Mountain, the formidable overseer no spirit dared to cross in the underworld.

Therefore, Huang Quan resided atop Purgatory Mountain, where the aura of death was strongest in the entire underworld.

“It’s impossible to let them go,” Huang Quan lazily retorted. “But burning them with fire is a possibility.”

The voice hesitated.

“Don’t they desire freedom?” Huang Quan continued nonchalantly. “If we burn them, they’ll turn to ashes. Free to drift with the wind when it blows.”

The voice attempted to intervene. “Quanquan, calm down. Burning them may not sufficiently suppress the deathly aura.”

Previously, each suppression could endure for a year, but the last one only lasted a month, expiring the day before. A year had dwindled to a month, explaining Quanquan’s intense frustration.

“The deathly aura extracted last time was sufficient, and the suppression method was correct.” Huang Quan glanced at the abyss and spoke casually, “The amount of deathly aura and the method are consistent with previous times, but the duration of suppression has changed. If something goes wrong, there must be a problem. I reasonably suspect those evil spirits are up to no good.”

“Then, what will you do, Quanquan?”

“The method cannot be wrong. The only potential issue is the deathly aura. So, I plan to descend and investigate,” Huang Quan declared. “If they truly seek release from existence, I can assist them.”

“Hades will thank you,” the voice sighed. “But, master, you’ll likely regret it. Evil spirits are rare in this era.”

“It doesn’t matter,” Huang Quan smiled. “If they behave, there’s no issue. But if they cause trouble, I’ll eliminate them, even if controlling the energy of life is beyond them. At worst, I’ll reshape the world beneath.”

The voice remained silent.

After Huang Quan finished speaking, she prepared to descend. However, ass he was about to do so, the abyss he had gazed at for tens of thousands of years suddenly emanated an intensely powerful suction force. Simultaneously, the jade ring necklace around Huang Quan’s neck grew scalding, and her body, uncontrollably lifted, was drawn into the abyss.
