The Villainess’ Beloved Plan: The Struggles to Avoid a Doomed End

CHAPTER 009: The Villainess is buying a dress 2

The sound of a piano echoed through Duke Voltio’s house.

When she asked Johannes if she could learn how to dance, he introduced his son Kairal, who was an assistant butler. It seemed that Kairal had a dancing instructor license, and it would be faster for him to teach her than to look for a dance teacher now.

Kairal was a well-postured 30-year-old man, with a very gentle look very similar to Johannes’s.

“Let’s start with a slow tempo.”

The piano was played by Rebecca, Kairal’s wife and one of the duchy’s maids.

With Kairal leading the way, they slowly stepped through the dance.

“Don’t mind looking at your feet at first. Once you get used to it, keep your head forward and your back straight.”

Kairal’s leading skills were so skillful that even Sophia, who was dancing for the first time, managed to step through the movements somehow. Although her feet sometimes got tangled, she was a little happy that she was praised for being so good at it for a first-timer.

“Many dances at the castle parties are low-tempo waltzes, so because we don’t have much time, let’s limit ourselves to waltzes.”

So Sophia’s dance training began.

“S-O-T-I-R-E-D”

Sophia lay down on the sofa exhausted.

She must have used muscles she didn’t use because she was practicing a dance she had never danced before. Her entire body twitches.

“Madam, let me give you a massage. While I’m at it, I would also like to take care of your skin for the party. My lady has fair, fine, and beautiful skin, but it looks a little dry…”

When Isolte told her that dryness causes wrinkles, Sophia thought to herself that it was scary how even at his age she could have fine wrinkles. Nobles’ lives were frightening.

She was gently lifted from the sofa and told to lie on the small bed prepared for the massage.

Although she still has some reluctance to expose her skin in public, she didn’t feel as embarrassed as before, perhaps because she had become used to the customs of this world’s aristocrats.

As she lay lace down, the oil with the scent of roses drizzled on her, and Isolte massaged her with the perfect amount of pressure.

(Wow, the massage feels so good…)

Though she was receiving a massage for the first time in her life, she felt it could become addictive.

Sophia’s eyelids became heavy from the pleasing sensation, and the next thing she knew was that she fell asleep. While asleeps, she was turned on her back and she was polished to a sparkle from head to toe.

Sophia was woken up by Isolte, who told her that she was done, and she was impressed by the silky feel of her skin.

(Wow, amazing! So soft!)

She can touch this forever. If this continues until the day of the dance party, she was sure Randall would start looking at Sophia in a different light.

“Madam, what do you want to do with your dress? I won’t be able to make a full order in time now…”

“Weren’t there a lot of dresses?”

At the time of her marriage to Randall, the King prepared dresses that were actually stuck in her closet. After listening to it, Isolate looked surprised.

“Why don’t you prepare something new? It’s a great party…”

“Even when I have so many…”

Sophia was poor. In her previous life, she grew up in a middle-class family, and she had lived frugally for fourteen years when she lived in the city as Sophia. There was no need for her to prepare a dress that cost dozens of gold coins when she didn’t need it.

“I see…”

Isolte still didn’t seem to be convinced, but she nodded as Sophia started choosing a dress from her closet that she would wear that day.
