“President Fu, it’s time for you to get off. It’s your turn to give a speech, and flaunt that CEO demeanour of yours.”
The man on the right side of the back seat teased as he was about to step out of the car and open the car door for the person he referred to as President Fu. Such opportunities to show off didn’t come by easily.
“Gu Jiachen, feeling a bit mischievous, huh? After all, you’re a well-known alum who’s come back to give a speech.” Fu Chengyue playfully kicked him, prompting him to tone it down a bit.
Gu Jiachen shrugged nonchalantly. What kind of well-known alum was he anyway? Graduated, inherited the family business, made a few donations to the school, and suddenly he was a well-known alum.
Fu Chengyue restrained his mischievous grin. The driver in the front seat got out and opened the door for Fu Chengyue to step out of the car.
Fu Chengyue placed one foot on the ground, straightened up as he got out of the car, and casually adjusted the hem of his black suit. The black suit always gave him a mature and dignified look.
Shen Yuyuan stood at the back, head lowered, headphones on, listening to music. He heard the exclamation sounds almost drowning out his music and glanced up at the man surrounded by the crowd.
Rarely did anyone look so good in a suit. Broad shoulders, narrow waist, a perky rear, and long legs – the ideal physique for a suit, and the man standing amidst the crowd embodied all these features. Effortlessly, he had captured everyone’s attention.
Fu Chengyue’s features, aside from his eyes, gave off an air of sophistication and seriousness. But those almond-shaped eyes added a hint of playfulness to his face, a tightened and refined jawline, and his thin lips bore a subtle pink hue, looking inviting.
With broad shoulders, a narrow waist, perky rear, and long legs, he stood slightly taller than those around him. It was hard not to focus on him.
An alpha who held a high position for years naturally exuded an air of authority. Just standing there without speaking could induce a sense of pressure. Though he wore a smile, there was a hint of detachment, especially when conversing with school officials, his demeanor was even more carefree.
The alpha standing next to him was also handsome and impressive, but compared to Fu Chengyue, he paled considerably. All eyes were drawn to Fu Chengyue.
“He’s making my legs weak.”
“So, alphas like this actually exist!”
“He’s truly handsome, so handsome!”
“I thought well-known alums were middle-aged men with potbellies. Didn’t expect them to be this young!”
“So, this is the senior who’s been crowned campus heartthrob three times in a row?”
All around, the omegas were filled with admiration. This type of alpha was like a slice of bread coated in honey, genuinely irresistible to omegas.
Shen Yuyuan snorted, observing the two individuals surrounded by people. He couldn’t help but wonder what was so great about them, aside from being wealthy, good-looking, emitting strong pheromones, and being alphas.
“They’re relentless. Back when we were studying here, they used to curse at us every day. And now, just because they’ve donated a bit to the school, they come running.” Gu Jiachen walked alongside Fu Chengyue, whispering to him and glancing at the school officials trailing behind.
“Back then, what else could we do besides rile them up, annoy them, and break school property? And now? We’ve become their major benefactors. Of course, they’d adore you, my fellow student.”
Fu Chengyue put on a serious facade, but he was already contemplating how much longer this would take. If it weren’t for the school president’s invitation to share his success story, he wouldn’t have wanted to waste his time here.
