Chapter 4: Little Taro, Come to Sister for a Hug
After encountering two annoying people during the day, Shen Yuyuan’s mood was bad all day. Fortunately, it was Friday, and the weekend helped alleviate his mood.
A car drove into the courtyard and parked in front of a building. Shen Yuyuan got out of the car, noticing that the lights in the house were on. Did his sister come home?
Shen Yuyuan’s lips, which had been tightly pursed all day, instantly curled into a smile. He pushed open the door and saw the entire family sitting in the living room watching TV, waiting for him to come home for dinner.
“Little Taro, come to Sister. Let me see if my Little Taro has lost weight after not seeing him for a few months.” Shen Yuyu hugged Shen Yuyuan as soon as she saw him.
Shen Yuyu, an alpha who had been an adult for several years, was half a head taller than Shen Yuyuan and was even wearing high heels. Shen Yuyuan, standing at 175 cm, looked like an undeveloped child next to Shen Yuyu.
“Sister, why did you come back?” In front of his sister, Shen Yuyuan was like a well-behaved baby, completely different from his haughty expression earlier. His eyes shone as he looked at Shen Yuyu, his lips curled upward. The soft flesh on his cheeks became even more apparent due to his actions.
“Because I missed my Little Taro. I’ve been away on a business trip for so long. Didn’t Taro miss me?” Shen Yuyu held Shen Yuyuan’s small hand. Shen Yuyuan’s fingers were delicate and soft, a comfortable feeling when squeezed, as if he had no bones.
“I missed you!” Shen Yuyuan didn’t give face to anyone. He could maintain a stern face in front of anyone, his grandfather, grandmother, even his father and stepfather, but he softened completely in front of his sister.
“Why don’t you miss us?” The middle-aged couple sitting on the sofa looked at Shen Yuyuan. They were his parents.
“I don’t miss you.” Shen Yuyuan pouted, displeased. He didn’t want to get involved in their little world. They always left him behind and went on vacation, notifying him with a call when they had time.
In the eyes of Shen’s alphas, their omegas were the most beloved. Even Grandpa Shen was like this. Outside, Shen Yuyuan was the most cherished young master of the Shen family, but at home, he was nothing.
“Let’s eat, is Yuyuan hungry?” Grandpa Shen looked at Shen Yuyuan with a loving expression, and the family’s nanny placed the dishes Shen Yuyuan liked in front of him.
The family had good manners at the dinner table. Though they talked while eating, they never raised their voices. Their eating posture was upright, with straight spines. This was due to Grandpa Shen’s years in the military; he had required his children to eat like this. Shen’s father had even been dragged into the military by Grandpa Shen when he was young before he retired.
After finishing his meal, Shen Yuyuan returned to his room. Originally, he had planned to go out with his friend tonight, but his father, stepfather, and sister had all come back. How could he go out now?
Suddenly, a remote-controlled airplane flew in through the window. Shen Yuyuan immediately rolled out of bed and walked over to the window. His childhood friend, Song Muyi, was waving at him, urging him to come down.
Looking at the air conditioner frame and the adjacent water pipe next to the window, Shen Yuyuan had no hesitation. He grabbed the window sill and flipped out. This terrified Song Muyi, who didn’t dare say anything. He was afraid of scaring Shen Yuyuan, who might fall when he tried to get down.
“Ancestor, it’s too dangerous for you to flip down like that!” Song Muyi waited for Shen Yuyuan to stand steadily next to him before grabbing his arm to check for any injuries.
Song Muyi was a year older than Shen Yuyuan, a male alpha, currently a freshman. He treated Shen Yuyuan like a little brother, and seeing Shen Yuyuan flip down like that, he couldn’t take the stress.
“It’s fine, I’m used to it. Where are we going?” Shen Yuyuan patted his hands dismissively. He wasn’t that delicate.
“Hehe, want to go to a bar?” Song Muyi laughed a few times. Shen Yuyuan had just come of age, so he should go experience some excitement; it wouldn’t be right if he didn’t.
At this moment, both of them completely forgot that Shen Yuyuan had just come of age as an omega. He was an omega on the brink of their first heat, a delicately handsome and graceful one, exuding an irresistible aroma.
