Surviving in Apocalypse with Children

As night fell, darkness engulfed the surroundings, shrouding everything in obscurity.

 

The RV reached a place with trees on both sides and mountains.

 

Wen Xiaoxiao felt her eyelids twitch, and she always felt that something was about to happen.

Wen Xiaoxiao stepped forward and checked the mutant tree for any crystal cores.

 

Holding her beloved small hammer, she walked forward, and after knocking for a few times, she discovered a crystal core emitting a deep green glow.

 

Wen Xiaoxiao picked up the crystal core and observed it. Its color was darker than any of the crystal cores she had before.

 

Meng Qing sat on the ground with a pale face.

Bo Yiliang looked at Wen Xiaoxiao, got the crystal core, and said to the others: “Let’s leave this place quickly!”

 

“Okay!”

 

The few people returned to the RV and left the place.

 

When Wen Xiaoxiao came back upstairs, the five children were already sleeping on the sofa.

 

Wen Xiaoxiao carried them into the room and came back down.

 

“We should go to another city, gather more crystal cores, and enhance our strength. Our current strength is just too low.” Wen Xiaoxiao said to the others.

 

“Sure! I feel so weak. My powers ran out so quickly.” Meng Qing complained.
