“Where are the five of them?” Bo Yiliang initially wanted to say, “Let’s hurry!” But after some thought, he hesitated. Eventually, he didn’t say anything and kept all the words he wanted to say to himself.
Wen Xiaoxiao paused for a moment and replied, “They are in the room. Why did you ask?”
“It’s nothing I’ll go to the room first.” After saying this, he left.
Wen Xiaoxiao watched his retreating figure with confusion and doubt. How did a trip outside make him like this?
“What’s wrong with him?” Wen Xiaoxiao asked the other three.
“I don’t know.” The three shook their heads. They had no idea what was on Bo Yiliang’s mind. How could they?
Bo Yiliang returned to the room without taking a shower and laid down on the bed.
With his hand touching his chest, his angular face seemed a bit pale.
He felt a sharp pain in his chest, as if someone had dug into his body with a knife and carved out a piece of flesh.
Meanwhile, far away in City B, Bo Yibing felt a lot of agony.
It seemed like centuries had passed.
Mrs. Bo watched her son suffer, feeling faint several times.
Her well-maintained face appeared tired, and her eyes were red and swollen from crying.
Mr. Bo was not faring any better. He looked much older, with some gray hair appearing on the sides of his head.
During this period, a lot of things happened. He felt the weight of his age and found it difficult to cope.
Bo Yibing felt as if he had entered a pool. Looking outside, everything was pitch black, without a glimmer of light.
Was he dead?
Bo Yibing felt lost and helpless.
Walking to the edge of the pool, Bo Yibing squatted down. He extended his hand into the water and felt a chilling coldness. The cold hit him, and soon after, a searing heat enveloped him.
Bo Yiliang felt he might have died, and this thought made him cry.
If he really died, his parents would have to worry again.
His body had never been healthy, it was always weak.
He’s not sure if it was his tears or his determination to return, but Bo Yibing felt his body becoming light.
Bo Yibing’s breathing slowly started to stabilize, and his complexion improved significantly. He looked much better, even his face slowly revealed a slight flush.
His fingers twitched, and he suddenly opened his eyes. Looking around, he noticed his parents, who were obviously aged a few years, which pained him deeply.
His voice was a bit hoarse, and he called, “Mom.”
Mrs. Bo looked up and saw that the person lying on the bed had finally opened their eyes.
Her face beamed with joy. Her son finally woke up.
Walking to the bed, Mrs. Bo held his hand and caressed his pale face. She said in a shaky voice, “You really scared your dad and me to death.”
“Mom, I’m fine. You and dad go rest! I feel a bit sleepy.” Bo Yibing said, looking at the tired faces of his parents.
Seeing her son finally open his eyes, Mrs. Bo had nothing to say in response and nodded, saying, “Okay, you rest well.”
“Mm!”
Once Mrs. Bo and Mr. Bo left, Bo Yibing felt a warm flow circulating through his body, moisturizing every part of his body. He felt very comfortable.
He closed his eyes and savored the feeling of every part of his body being moisturized.
Bo Yibing felt very amazed, almost incredulous.
After a while, his body felt incredibly light and comfortable in a way he had never experienced before.
Bo Yibing inhaled the scent in the air and sniffed with his nose, but it smelled awful.
Opening his eyes, he realized that his body was filled with filth and emitted a foul odor.
Feeling uneasy, he swiftly ran into the bathroom to wash up.
After cleaning up in the bathroom, Bo Yibing was puzzled. Why was he unconscious for so long?
What could be the reason?
This thought kept circling in his mind, wishing his elder brother were here so that he could ask about the reason.
Thanks for the update ❤️
Are Bo Yiliang and his brother somehow connected? Otherwise, it doesn’t explain how Bo Yiliang felt pain when his brother was also in agony. I wonder what kind of ability he gained, though, since he was in a coma for a long time compared to others who awoke a power without any previous problems.
Thanks for the chapter! 😀
He better not be a zombie king. Because I will stop reading.
