Surviving in Apocalypse with Children

The Original Male Lead

Bai Chi has been waiting for Bai Xiaolian at the movie theater, but instead of Bai Xiaolian, he encountered zombies.

People who had come to watch the movie had all turned into zombies, which terrified Bai Chi so much that he almost peed in his pants.

He watched the countless zombies slowly approaching him. He quickly ran towards the cinema’s entrance.

“Roar, roar, roar…”

Bai Chi’s forehead was covered in sweat as he ran desperately. While running, his eyes were looking around.

His target was a milk tea shop, approximately ten meters away.

Bai Chi had a delicate appearance and a slightly slender build, making him look a bit weak when running.

Despite this, he was still popular and admired by many girls.

With fair skin and a height of around 1.86 meters, he was considered tall.

He hurried towards the milk tea shop while breathing heavily.

In no time, Bai Chi reached the shop.

Bai Xiaolian heard some commotion and peeked out from the counter. When she saw a person entering, her eyes lit up.

“Ah Chi, did you come to see me?” Bai Xiaolian looked at Bai Chi with bright eyes and a loving face.

Bai Chi turned to look at Bai Xiaolian and was inwardly surprised. He really liked Bai Xiaolian for her soft and weak nature, which was quite lovely.

His voice was gentle and soft, and the whole person emitted a feeling of gentleness.

Bai Xiaolian stood and rushed to Bai Chi’s arms. She hugged his arms aggrievedly. With red eyes, she said, “Ah Chi, I’m so scared.”

Bai Chi kissed the corner of her lips and gently comforted her. “It’s okay, I’m here.”

Bai Chi seemed to forget how he almost wet his pants when he saw the zombies earlier.

Back to the woman who was left behind, she was still cursing and seemingly unaware of the danger.

“Roar!”

The zombies smelled the scent of humans and started moving in her direction.

When the woman finally realized the presence of the zombies, it was too late to escape.

Over a dozen zombies blocked her path, and the putrid smell hung heavily at the tip of the woman’s nose.

She wanted to run but couldn’t.

She wanted to scream, but no one responded.

In the end, the girl couldn’t escape the clutches of the zombies. She had the time to escape but ended up wasting it.

Meanwhile, in B City, the Bo family has fallen into a state of silence.

“Dad, how’s it going?” Bo Yibing asked his father.

“Not great. I’ve already ordered the construction of a base. The number of zombies outside is slowly increasing. Now the network is down and there is no signal. I have no idea how your brother is doing.” Mr. Bo sighed.

Bo Yibing was also worried, afraid that his brother would be injured.

At this time, Bo Yiliang was holding the soft Wen Bei in his arms. He felt that his heart would melt any time.

Inside the villa, Wen Xiaoxiao headed to the kitchen to prepare meals, while four grown men sat on the sofa and chatted.

The five children were watching TV and playing jigsaw puzzles.

The four boys were watching Ultraman, while the little girl, Wen Bei, was working seriously on the puzzle.

The living room looked very warm.

“Yiliang, the phone has no signal,” Qi Yan said.

Bo Yiliang also frowned. Despite him not revealing any expression on his handsome face, his heart was not calm.

He was in a coma for more than a year before he finally woke up. Then within a few days, something unbelievable happened.

Zombies.

The word “zombie” was like a danger to his ears.

He was a bit worried about his parents and young brother. Bo Yiliang’s strength and combat abilities are not weak.

Even though he has been injured for over a year, his fighting prowess is still formidable, making him a force to be reckoned with.

After lunch, several people sat on the safa and discussed their next steps.

Bo Yiliang looked at Wen Xiaoxiao with some curiosity. He noticed she displayed quick reflexes and agility during their fight with the zombies today. It was clear that this little woman had some training.

Wen Xiaoxiao caught Bo Yiliang’s intense gaze on her and glared at him.

“Why are you looking at me? I know I’m good-looking.”

Small Theater:

Wen Xiaoxiao:

Wen Xiaoxiao looked at Bai Chi with disdain and said, “I heard you nearly wet your pants when you saw the zombies.”

Bai Chi: “I… I didn’t.”

Bai Chi blushed and stammered in response.

Wen Xiaoxiao: “You’re stuttering when you talk. You really are a dimwit.”

Wen Xiaoxiao looked at him with disgust and said,

Bai Chi: “I… I didn’t pee in my pants. If you don’t believe me, I can take off my pants to show you.”

Bo Yiliang: Bo Yiliang walked over, glared coldly at Bai Chi, and poked him with a sharp look. He firmly held Wen Xiaoxiao in his arms and said domineeringly, “She can only look at me.”

Author: “Hahahaha~”

Don’t worry, little cuties, this is a small theater that Zicha suddenly thought of, hahaha?

So it turns out the woman wasn’t the original female protagonist. Since she had the fake white lotus setting, I naturally assumed she was the original female protagonist, so I’m surprised with the development, especially the fact that she died so early; unless she suddenly developed her powers at the last minute and will become a minor villain against Wen Xiaoxiao in the future.

    Thanks for the chapter! 😀
