Sickly? Husband's Contractual Wife

SHCW

Episode 65

A long finger pulled at the ribbon adorning my chest.

With the sound of fabric brushing, the ribbon effortlessly unraveled.

The hand that delved inside unabashedly undid the straps of the lingerie.

There was no hint of hesitation in the action.

“Darn it.”

As the stubborn knot refused to yield, he sighed deeply.

I knew how to untie it, but I stayed still, silently hoping he would stop.

Or did I really want him to stop?

Amid conflicting thoughts, a sudden rip echoed.

“Eek.”

He simply cut the stubborn knot with his hands.

The tattered ribbon flew from his hands to gracefully settle on the white sheet.

Time didn’t linger there for long.

He re-adjusted his attire, and I couldn’t see what his hands were up to.

“Ah…”

Feeling the buttons of the dress undo, I could gather my thoughts momentarily.

As the securely fastened seam of the dress loosened, he unceremoniously pulled it off.

The smooth silk dress slid off, revealing the skin beneath effortlessly.

“Wait, just a moment…”

Having already undone the lingerie, the dress came off, exposing everything.

I was almost in a state of undress, nervously covering my chest.

“Why, why like this…”

I couldn’t regain my composure.

I couldn’t even tell when I ended up in this state.

“Why like this, what?”

He asked with a husky voice.

“Why so fast…”

A trembling voice escaped.

Even if it’s fast, this is too quick, darn it!

“The hand that wields a sword is like that.”

Saying so, he grabbed my hand.

My hand was pulled weakly, and the dress, used as a makeshift shield, fell, exposing my fair chest.

In shock, my hand tried to grab the fallen clothes, but he gently stopped me.

“Sword…sword…”

Why a sword? What’s the connection between wielding a sword and undressing?

I wanted to ask, but the words wouldn’t come out.

He seemed to read my expression and gave a languid smile.

Then, while holding my small hand, he kissed me softly and replied.

“A sword is like this, delving into the opponent’s weaknesses like a ghost.”

The sensation of each finger meeting my lips sent a shiver through my insides.

Struggling to endure the sensation, I tried to pull my hand away, but it was futile.

He smoothly passed his fingers, traversing from fingertips to the palm and inside the wrist.

Even during this, his gaze remained unwaveringly fixed on me.

“Very gently, you shouldn’t give the other person any time to notice.”

His eyes seemed to intensify with that statement.

“Ah!”

After saying that, he pushed me backward.

His substantial weight felt warm.

Lips trailed along my neck, moving downward.

Lips descended, slowly, steadily.

Finally, a warm and soft sensation settled onto bare skin.

“Th-that’s…”

In the unfamiliar and peculiar sensation, I clenched something tightly.

It didn’t take long to realize it was strands of Amud’s hair.

Even though I had a grip on his hair, he looked at me with a relaxed smile.

Is this an act, or is it real?

Does it matter if it’s an act or not?

It hurts so much!

Fueled by frustration, I tightened my grip on his hair even more.

Only then did he slightly furrow his brows and pull my tangled hand away from his hair.

Despite having a firm hold, I couldn’t resist his touch.

“Have you ever seen knights spar with swords?”

To the unexpected question, I shook my head desperately.

“I haven’t seen it.”

“When knights spar, the purpose is not to kill but to win.”

With the sound of a touch, my earlobe was gently nibbled.

It hurts.

It’s not just pain; my entire body tingles and vibrates.

What is this feeling?

Experiencing it for the first time in my life, I just wanted to cry.

“Stop, please.”

Nevertheless, he didn’t stop.

“But it’s different in real combat.”

His voice echoed in my ears.

“When using a sword in real combat.”

“Hmm…”

His long fingers brushed against my eyelids.

“When facing each other with swords, you scrutinize the opponent.”

His blue eyes glowed dark.

“You extract the opponent’s soul.”

“How can you find weaknesses, how can you achieve a magnificent victory.”

“Do you think about such things too?”

I asked breathlessly.

Even in this situation, curiosity persists.

“Of course.”

He softly smiled and nibbled on my lips again.

Once again, a tingling sensation spread.

My body felt hot, and a strange sensation crept up from my toes.

“Hmm…”

My toes curled inward, and my grip on the sheets tightened, turning my hand white.

“And in the weakest, most delicate part…”

My head spun.

It felt like being immersed entirely in honey.

It became unbearable.

“Thrust it in.”

In an instant, my body jolted.

“Ugh!”

I twisted my body, but he held onto my waist, gripping even tighter as I tried to break free.

No, the more I tried to escape, the stronger his grip became.

“Ah.”

I pushed his body with all my strength.

Naturally, he didn’t even flinch.

It seemed less challenging to punch a rock.

The movements became faster.

And then, slowly, again, and quickly.

I felt like an instrument being played by his hands.

“Haa…”

He groaned softly, lifting his head as our eyes met.

As he looked at me, he slightly smiled, his eyes forming crescents.

He can smile like this too.

I stared blankly at the sight.

“Celene.”

Was he calling my name this sweetly before?

It felt like listening to a deep night melody played by the legendary bard Lute.

His always beautiful blue eyes were now filled with light.

Overflowing with some emotion, an endlessly warm and soft glow.

His movements quickened.

His lost hand wandered through the air.

Amud grabbed that hand and wrapped it around his neck.

I could only hang there, lifeless.

Then, it happened.

A sound of something snapping, like a ‘woosh’ near my head.

‘Woosh…?’

Why do I hear such a sound?

Did lightning strike somewhere?

As I tried to turn my head, he firmly held the back of my head, keeping it in place.

“Don’t get distracted.”

He ghostly sensed it and sealed our lips together.

To ensure nothing else could slip through the cracks of my thoughts, preventing any intrusion at this very moment.

At some point, I completely let go of my senses.

Every sensation in my body was directed solely towards him.

When it seemed to be over, he clung again, and our bodies entwined once more.

Time passed in a way that felt like it would never end.

* * *

“Water…”

I opened my eyes, feeling like my body was on the verge of dehydration.

Not just my lips, but my mouth was parched.

It felt as if every drop of moisture in my body had been wrung out overnight.

And it wasn’t just that.

“Ugh…”
