‘Ah, what should I do about our members who still have PT sessions left…?’
Kang Haejin, a rehabilitation trainer who worried about her clients until the moment of her death, was reincarnated.
As Mariela, the neglected youngest granddaughter of Duke Callenberg.
However, her troublesome family members keep catching her eye.
Wouldn’t exercising a bit make them feel better?
“Huff, huff, can we stop here for today? Huff, please?”
Her second brother, always full of energy and causing trouble,
“Work out with me, Eri.”
“Ella, every time you see me, you always say that.”
Her older brother, who was born weak and frail,
“Are you saying it doesn’t hurt your neck when you do that posture?”
Even her grandfather, who overworks himself and falls ill.
I’ll protect my family’s health!

Florian Hildebrandt, the unwanted first prince her dad brought from the imperial palace.
She owed him her life.
So, she just took care of him a little to help him live healthily.
“Do you like it?”
“It’s amazing…”
“What do you like the most?”
“I already explained the deltoid and pectoral lines last time, so I’ll leave those out. Today, the way your thigh muscles are just barely showing is what I like the most.”
He grew up way too much in a way that suits her taste.

I’m also not someone who enjoys body training, but if you like stories about family or childcare, you might enjoy this one. The interactions between Mariella and Dietrich are adorable, and the father is a caring parent from the very beginning.
And As much as I’ve read while translating this story, muscle training is only mentioned a few times—mainly when the MC wants to teach the steps for strengthening muscles or to divert her overly active older brother’s focus through exercise (lol). Going forward, I assume that if muscle training is ever brought up again, it will likely be in the context of her training her family members to live healthier lives. This makes sense, as the description states that her grandfather fell ill and her eldest brother has a weak body.
