“What would he like about you?”
Kyle had a hard time understanding Brody’s guess that Shiloh liked her.
How long had it been since he met that rabbit? How could he fall in love with a rabbit that was uselessly affectionate, soft-hearted, cried a lot, laughed a lot, had a loud voice, and was good at making trouble?
He couldn’t see a single aspect of it that he could like.
But Brody answered Kyle question with great confidence.
“Did he fall in love with my cute butt?”
She stepped back from the hole she had stuck her head in, then thrust her plump white butt out and wiggled.
“If that’s true, then he’s just crazy.”
Kyle looked at it and said seriously.
“Hehehe, actually I like crazy guys too. I like it even better if the crazy guy is handsome.”
Brody stuck her face into the hole again and giggled, twisting her body.
Kyle turned serious when he saw Brody say that she liked anyone as long as they were good-looking, even though Shiloh might be a crazy pervert who liked butts.
It seemed like she kept getting stranger because of her heat.
“Are you really not going to come to your senses?”
Of course, despite Kyle’s warning, Brody’s bright face broke into a smile.
“It’s nice to know that someone likes me, even if it’s just because of my butt.”
Brody blurted it out without thinking, but it touched Kyle’s heart.
The reason he became Brody’s lover was because he wanted to use her powers.
That was the only reason.
So Brody’s words struck him hard and that too was extremely annoying.
He couldn’t figure out why it was like that. If it were before, he would have just let it go and thought, “What can I do about it?”
He didn’t like himself for feeling guilty, so he got annoyed.
Kyle clenched his teeth. In fact, looking back, he just didn’t like everything from the beginning and was constantly annoyed throughout the trip.
As soon as that **** rabbit met the fox, she started chattering, flirting and sticking around with him.
She didn’t even know what he had done for her, so she thanked the fox and smiled at him as if he was the one who did all of the work.
Again…Kyle felt even more depressed as he recalled each of the things that made him so angry.
The things that made me mad while traveling were not hunger or fatigue, but only things related to Brody.
As Kyle sat there silently, angry at himself for being like that, emitting a gloomy aura, Brody began to slowly focus on him.
She thought he was upset because she spoke well of Shiloh in front of him, as he hated Shiloh.
Brody added belatedly to make up for her slip of the tongue.
“But, of course, you’re the only one I have. You know that, right?”
But Kyle snorted, already feeling a bit angry.
“Don’t make me laugh.”
“It’s true!”
Brody screamed. It was a lie that she only had Kyle, but it was true that she didn’t have feelings for Shiloh.
Shiloh was pretty, handsome, and had a very sweet personality, but unfortunately, he wasn’t her type.
She prefered a rough man who exudes male pheromones rather than a pretty and gentle man.
So far she had been attracted to bears, moose, and Kyle, the wolf.
So Brody explained to Kyle with this impure mind.
“Shiloh and I are just friends. He may not think so, but I do.”
Brody flatly denied it, holding out her front paws as if swearing an oath before God.
Of course, Kyle saw that and immediately burst out laughing.
“How could any friendship exist between men and women?”
Oh my. Brody was shocked when she heard that and opened her mouth wide.

That way, he could meet many women, find a good one among them, and have the chance to forget his first love, Zelda.

But Kyle, who couldn’t understand her feelings, just sneered at her.

To Brody, these insults were worse than curse words. They made her blood boil over.
Brody was so dumbfounded and angry that she couldn’t even speak properly.
It was obvious that this wolf was saying she was disgusting and sinister for hanging out with Shiloh, whom she considered her friend.

‘Just like I don’t hang out with you.’
The words he added with emphasis struck Brody’s heart.
Brody’s nose twitched as she clenched her fists.
It was not enough that he had called her disgusting and sinister, but he also said that she was a woman he still didn’t like. It was so cruel and hurtful.
“Baddie.”
An angry Brody saw him ignoring her without responding to her words, so she popped her head out of the hole.
Then she started kicking her front legs furiously, blocking the hole she had made.
She went into the cave, curled up, and sat down, grumbling.
She was hurt. On the other hand, she wondered if it was really that hurtful.
She already knew that he didn’t care about her, so why?
Even she herself was just pretending to be his lover to change his mind.
She was pretending to like him, to love him.
Maybe the problem was that Kyle’s attitude toward her had changed a little recently.
Because of that, it seemed like she was expecting something she shouldn’t have expected.
Brody tried to calm her mind by thinking that way.
But her wounded feelings did not easily go away.

Kyle and Brody’s cold war continued the next morning.
Even with the Forest of Ennea right in front of them, the sharp aura they gave off showed no signs of improving.
They woke up in the morning, didn’t say a word to each other and started walking down the path.
Because of that, Shiloh was like a shrimp among whales, his back breaking a sweat while watching their expressions closely.
It was like he was being punished for accidentally causing a fight.
Brody walked far away from Kyle.
Normally, she would slow down while walking and talking to Shiloh, but when she got farther away from him (Kyle), she would often run over to stay by his side, but today, she had decided to walk away from him.
Honestly, if Kyle woke her up like he usually does in the morning, she’d have felt better.
She would have thought that he was regretting saying such harsh things to her.
But it was Shiloh, not Kyle, who woke her up this morning.
Kyle just decided to think of her as a disgusting, sinister rabbit and didn’t even bother to interact with her.
Brody glared at Kyle as he walked ahead of her, snorting in anger.
After a while, Shiloh, who had been observing the two people’s expressions, came over and asked her.
“What’s wrong with you two? You were fine until you went to bed yesterday. What happened?”
“We just…fought.”
Brody answered in a sharp voice.
But in the end, she became discouraged and slumped her shoulders.
It was upsetting that they fought and still hadn’t reconciled.
Shiloh looked at Brody with pity in his eyes and asked.
“Did Kyle upset you?”
It was a question that seemed to state the obvious.
Brody looked up in surprise, and Shiloh sighed, looking at her with a face that indicated that it was strange for her not to know that.
“You can tell just by looking at him. Kyle is so cold to everyone. And…”
“It doesn’t seem like he’s particularly warm to you either.”
Brody felt uncomfortable with what he hesitantly said.
It seemed that other people could see that he was not kind to her.
Maybe it was because she had grown numb to Kyle’s temper that she thought Kyle had changed a little.
Thinking about it like that made her feel more complicated.
But Shiloh kept asking her questions, probably not to allow her to take a breath.
“To be honest, I didn’t want to be rude so I didn’t tell you, but are you guys really dating? I don’t know about you, but I’m curious if Kyle really loves you.”
“…”
Brody, of course, couldn’t answer because their relationship wasn’t like that.
Then Shiloh’s sigh grew deeper. He also noticed that it was not true.
Shiloh soon spoke to Brody as if giving her sincere advice.
“Brody. I don’t know why you have this unrequited love, but…I wish you could meet someone who truly loves you. You’re such a cute and lovable bunny. There’s no reason for you to have such a heartbreaking love.”
Aside from it being an unnecessary advice, it was truly heartwarming.
Brody, who had been depressed, looked up at Shiloh and stared into his mysterious brown eyes.
Those were beautiful eyes. She felt as if she was falling into those deep eyes as he spoke his affectionate words.
Everything around her became blurred, and only the warm feelings seen in his eyes melted into her heart.
Shiloh met her eyes and continued to whisper.
“I honestly feel sorry for you. You are a woman who deserves to be loved.”
His whispers made Brody listen.
These were words that comforted her heart, which had been so hurt.
Brody nodded without realizing it, concentrating on his voice.
“Brody, I want you to think carefully. Do you really want to continue being with someone who doesn’t love you, or is this the time when you should sort out your feelings?”
For her, sorting out her feelings meant quitting being Kyle’s guide and leaving him behind not caring whether he died or not.
It was something she had never thought about since she decided to become his guide.
But the more she listened to Shiloh, the more she felt her heart waver, strangely not recalling that thought.
Even more so when she heard the decisive words.
“If you want to clear your mind, I will help you.”
Clearly Shiloh was away from her, but his whispers were reaching her ears.
Brody asked him, her mind somehow becoming hazy.
“How…can you help me?”
His hazel eyes clouded her mind.
Through her vision, where only his pupils were clear and everything else was blurry, she finally saw a smile forming on Shiloh’s lips.
He said.
“When we reach the forest, run away with me.”
