The novel <Blue Wolf> is the story of Zelda, the most beautiful and courageous heroine among the wolf tribe, and the two brothers who love her.

The male protagonist, ‘Abel’, who was the younger of the brothers, was weak when he was young, but as time passed, he began to be superior to his older brother ‘Kyle’ in all aspects.

So much that he was mentioned as the next leader of the wolf tribe, replacing his older brother.

The younger brother was better than the older brother.

This fact made the older brother, Kyle, feel jealous and inferior towards his younger brother.

Moreover, his father’s daily comparisons and mental abuse played a decisive role in distorting him.

So later, when his younger brother not only defeated him and became the leader, but also won the heart of Zelda, the heroine he loved, and became engaged to her, Kyle’s anger reached its peak.

In the end, he went on a rampage with anger, was branded as a dangerous individual, and was eventually banished to the polar region across the sea through a magic door.

However, Kyle, who was dying in the polar region, luckily met Brody May, who was in heat and went for the training.

So luckily, he headed to his hometown with her guidance.

There was only one reason why he went there even after being exiled.

Just before being expelled, he heard that the neighboring tiger tribe would attack the wolf pack within a few months.

After suffering, Kyle returns to his hometown to save his tribe and Zelda, and tried to win Zelda’s heart again.

However, because Zelda loved Abel, she did not accept his feelings, and Kyle, angry at this, decided to get rid of Abel.

Kyle made a contract with a black witch and tried to use her power to kill Abel, but ultimately failed and died at the hands of Abel, the male protagonist.

And the story ended with Zelda and Abel getting married and living happily with everyone’s blessing.

This was the plot of the novel <The Blue Wolf> that Brody read.

For her, who at that time enjoyed immersing herself more in villain roles than protagonists, the villain ‘Kyle Roden’ in <The Blue Wolf> was an attractive enough character, and also someone she felt sorry for and became fond of.

So, when I found out that I had taken on the role of the character that helped him, I felt a little happy.

He was a villain, but I feel sorry for Kyle Roden.

I hoped that he would live well without dying a tragic death.

Of course, there were many twists and turns as I lived as a rabbit beastman in a world filled with only beastmen and crops……

Still, thanks to May’s warm family, she was able to spend five years without any trouble, waiting for the day she would meet Kyle.

That is today…

Brody ran and ran through the snow covered plains for several days until she reached her destination, the White Stone Plain.

I ran without sleep on a clear day for Kyle, who must have been mentally broken after falling in the middle of a snowy field with no end in sight.

Brody, who arrived at the white stone plain, smelled the scent of a wild beast coming from somewhere and instinctively cowered.

This is an area where wild animals do not live because there is no food for carnivores to eat.

But still, feeling the energy of a beast… It clearly meant that Kyle was nearby.

Brody ran in the direction of the smell. Then saw human footprints scattered across the snow-covered ground. It seemed like he wandered around the area as soon as he landed here.

The footprints did not go far and only lingered nearby, so Brody easily followed him by sniffing the air.

The further I followed the trail, the stronger the smell became. To expand her view, she stood up, propped herself up on her feet and straightened her back.

“Uh.”

At that moment, I saw a person lying under a rock in the distance. That person was lying down with his body curled up.

Considering that he was covered in snow, it looked like he had been lying down for a few hours.

Brody immediately ran over and checked the man’s condition.

His large body was trembling slightly as she pounded the man’s frozen body.

“Hey, wake up!”

However, the body curled up on its side did not move easily, perhaps because it was frozen.

In the end, Brody desided to ran from afar and punched him in the back with her whole body weight.¹I imagined that and it was hilarious 🤣.

As soon as the impact took place, the frozen body began to slowly turn over.

She approached the man, who was lying facing the sky and gasping for breath.

His dark blue hair and eyelashes were covered in white frost. He looked like a wax doll beautifully made from the snow of a snowy field.

He had a straight forehead, deep eyes, sharp and smooth cheekbones, high and sharp bridge of the nose, tightly closed mouth and strong jawline…²Wow, literally all the descriptions possible for a Korean or Chinese ML=⁠_⁠=.

His dark and vivid facial features were identical to the text describing his character in ‘The Blue Wolf.’

He was ‘Kyle Roden’.

It was only for a moment that I felt joy at meeting my favorite person, whom I had only seen in print, in real life.

But Brody was afraid that he had really turned into a wax figure, so she quickly woke him up by tapping his forehead with her soft paw.

“Hey.”

I happened to speak informally. Just as no one would treat a character in a novel with honorifics, there was no way that habit would be immediately corrected upon seeing the character in person.

Brody’s voice rose.

“Hey, wake up!”

Oh, his eyelids moved slightly.

A small twitch also occurred on the forehead that was touched by my front paw.

His eyebrows became increasingly wrinkled, as if he was frowning, and his cold, stiff eyelids began to blink.

Finally, when he opened his eyes properly, cold blue eyes appeared between his eyelids.

The eyes contained a shatteringly bright sky beneath the retina, which was as transparent as glass.

The moment Brody faced those beautiful eyes, and found herself reflected there, her heart started sank.

I finally met the person I had been waiting for for 5 years. Now, I finally realized that fact.

However, this feeling of excitement, similar to this joy, was so fleeting that Brody returned to reality before she could feel the thrill spreading throughout her body.

She looked into Kyle’s eyes and said,

“Wake up quickly. If you sleep here, you will freeze.”

Kyle came to his senses late and woke up, but he was by no means in a normal state.

Brody followed behind him as he walked around aimlessly and started talking to him.

“Are you hungry?”

“Do you want to eat grass?”

“Would you like some dried carrots?”³LOL, I imagine his frustration(⁠ㆁ⁠ω⁠ㆁ⁠).

I caught up with him and started talking to him as he walked without answering, but when he walked away without even looking at me, I ran up to him again and said,

“If you dig out the snow here, you will find fruit. Do you want to try it?”⁴Now, I will understand if he ate her already 🤣.

When she dug through the snow with her front paws and found crowberries, which were smaller than blueberries, Kyle had already left her and walked a long distance away.

Brody had no choice but to put the fruit in her mouth and hop after him.

The backpack draped over her smooth, plump body bounced as she ran.

The gold pocket watch hanging from the end of the pink ribbon around her neck made a clicking sound every time she ran.

The sight of a rabbit happily running across a snow field on all fours resembled a snowball rolling around.⁵Cuuuute(⁠≧⁠▽⁠≦⁠)

But Kyle surprisingly didn’t pay any attention to this cute girl.

In the first place, he just walked forward looking like a person who didn’t even realize that there was someone else besides him.

His eyes were empty, and the only indication that he was alife was the fresh breath coming from his lips.

Brody began to worry that he was losing strength as time passed.

“If you’re thirsty, pick up snow and eat it.”

“There are no contaminants here, so you can eat it.”

“That’s the west. There are only mountains.”

Kyle, who was looking around in confusion, staggered and walked towards the rock again.

Then he sat down in front of the rock and leaned his tired body against it. The snow that had accumulated on the rock surface fell to the ground.

Unfortunately, Brody, who was standing below and looking up at Kyle, was hit by an unexpected avalanche.

A large snowball hit her head, and soon it shattered and buried her body.

However, Kyle did not take his eyes off the horizon despite the screams coming from below the snow.

He was staring at the end of his field of vision with cold eyes, as if he had been robbed of all his vitality by a witch.

A sharp wind swept the snow-covered plain.

Brody, who managed to get out of the snow, hid herself to avoid the wind that came with a blizzard.

Small snowflakes fell.

The snow quickly piled up on her white body.

As the wind passed, Brody purred, then, she tried to jump up to the rock where Kyle was sitting, but her short legs made her slip down.

Still, she didn’t give up and ran one more time.

This time the struggling body barely landed on the rock.

I sat down next to him and wiped the snow from his face with my paw. Then, I looked up at Kyle next to me.

His lips that turned blue from the cold stood out, so she said,

“When it’s cold, you should transform like me.”

“It’s especially cold because you are in a human body.”

Despite the sincere advice, Kyle did not listen.

Brody had no choice but to curl up next to him. To share even a little warmth.

And I looked at the distant snowy field he was looking at together with him.

A strong wind blew again.

The wind was so fierce that it threatened to blow away her cotton-like body, but she narrowed her eyes and held on.

Kyle didn’t wake up until the sun moved. Even when I tried to talk to him, there was no verbal answer or response at all.

As she sat quietly next to Kyle, Brody felt a little bored.

Her ears that perked upward twitched a few times and she soon began grooming her front paws and organizing their fur.

After organizing everything, she didn’t forget to wipe her youthful face with her front paw as if washing her face.

How long had it been since I spent time grooming myself like that?

Brody sighed when she saw Kyle with his eyes closed again.

“I heard if you sleep here, you will freeze.”

I woke him up by hitting him with my front paw. Of course, given my size, it was normal for him to not budge even if I did that.

But as soon as she touched him, Kyle fell helplessly to the floor.

“Hey, what should I do!”

I ran to the base of the huge Rock and looked at Kyle, who had fallen on the ground. Fortunately, he was breathing.

“You nearly gave me a heart attack! I thought you were dead!”

Brody, relieved, stroked her chest with her front paw and sighed.

It couldn’t be helped, now that it was like this, I had to take care of moving him to a place where he could escape the cold.

Coincidentally, there was a spruce forest nearby. After confirming this, Brody immediately jumped off the rock.

And her body, which was a rabbit, transformed into a human before her feet even touched the floor.
