I Became a Mother of Three

IBMOT Chapter 11

Episode 11

Dragons liked shiny things. And the closer the sparkle was to natural, the more fascinating it was.

It wasn’t easy to find natural blonde hair that was not dyed or made using magic.

And if Dylan was praising the sparkle, it was obvious that it was top-notch.

His aesthetic sense of splendor was at a level that no one else could match.

Thinking he was talking about his nephews, Mitsu snorted in anticipation.

“So where does she live? Are you saying you went looking for your nephews and saw the one with blonde hair?”

“Why do I have to tell you that?”

“Oh, this is shameful!”

Mitsu followed behind him and begged him to know where the natural blonde lived and who she was.

However, Dylan did not respond until the end and kicked Mitsu out.

He could hear Mitsu’s grumbling outside, but it was too bothersome to respond.

The crying sounds of his **** nephews were still ringing in his ears.

His brother and his companion were quiet, so who on earth did they resemble?

Even thinking about it again gave him a headache.

“Hmm.”

It wasn’t common dragons to be like this, either.

Now that things were like this, secretly bringing the kids over seemed like it would be quite a hassle. And he couldn’t just knock them out.

Even if he brought them like that, if they kept on crying the whole time….

He felt relieved for a moment that his nephews were alive. But when a bigger difficulty arose.

This really sucks.

How should I solve this?

Dylan’s mind became complicated.

Then.

‘Erina.’

That blonde-haired human woman came to mind.

She was at the root of everything his nephews did.

In fact, when they were crying and complaining that they didn’t want to go, he clearly heard Erina’s name being called more than ten times.

He thought it would be a good idea to get her on his side first.

Well, it wasn’t bad to see that blonde again.

She was so pretty that he wanted to hide her in his nest on the cliff.

Of course, 300 years ago, he would have done that, but now there were too many eyes watching him.

He just hated things that were cumbersome and annoying.

Anyway, he would have to go over this problem tomorrow and see if his thoughts were correct.

After coming back from a war that lasted several months, he wasted another few weeks trying to find a stupid traitor and dealt with them.

His blood felt rotten to the core.

Anyway, it caused him a lot of headaches.

In times like this, it would be perfect to sleep in his own nest for about ten years.

Dylan laid down on the bed and licked his lips.

He also thought that it would be perfect to have that shiny golden hair in his nest.

Meanwhile, Erina was massaging her sore shoulders from being pressured by the dragons all night.

She didn’t know they would hate being separated from her this much.

She thought that all the time she had taken care of them was not in vain, but at the same time, she was worried about whether the children would be able to follow their uncle.

After patting the sleeping dragons once, Erina quietly got off the bed.

Then….

“Good night.”

“Ugh!”

She don’t know when, but Dylan was standing in the kitchen looking down at her.

The baby dragons woke up from their sleep due to Erina’s startled scream.

And as soon as they found Dylan standing in the kitchen, they rushed to Erina.

“Oh no, what the hell! What are you doing here?!”

Erina shouted as she picked up the dragons hanging from her legs.

Dylan looked at Erina with an expression as if he didn’t know what he did wrong.

“You were asleep when I arrived, so I just waited quietly.”

“Well, then you should have waited outside!”

I can come in with my abilities, so why bother?

He didn’t make the mistake of letting out his thoughts, but he overlooked one thing.

Since he didn’t manage his facial expressions, he already showed what he wanted to say with his face.

Erina sighed when she saw that and put her hands on her waist.

“Just like yesterday, why do you keep coming in as you please! This is rude, don’t you know that? Do I have to tell you every single thing, even the most basic things, every time?”

Dylan was stung by Erina’s nagging.

Of course he knew basic etiquette. But Dylan didn’t need to follow it.

This meant that up until now and in the future, he was and would be treated with utmost respect. He didn’t need to care for others’ thoughts.

“Kyaaa!”

“Bapa!”

“Momo!”

The baby dragons in Erina’s arms agreed with her words.

Dylan was more frustrated at his nephews scolding him than at Erina, who scolded him openly.

“Sorry. Then should I go out now?”

Dylan, with his expression as harmless as possible, looked at her.

I already came in, are you going to kick me out?

Erina saw the baby dragons in Dylan.

This race conveyed their meaning even without speaking.

“First of all, sit over there. You haven’t eaten breakfast yet, right?”

Erina pointed to the dining table chair.

Dylan nodded and walked away. Well, it was a small house, so he barely had to walk a few steps before his knee touched the chair.

The more she looked at him, the more she realized that he was a really big guy who did not fit into this house, so Erina placed the dragons on the table where he was sitting.

“Just wait here quietly while I prepare breakfast, okay?”

At Erina’s request, ‘Keu!’, ‘Baa!’, and ‘Mu!’ The dragons answered loudly.

It meant that they were good dragons who listened to Erina.

Seeing this, wrinkles appeared on Dylan’s forehead.

“Wow. Resen, Lia, and Poi all answered beautifully.”

After Erina petted the baby dragons, she went outside to get ingredients for breakfast.

“Hey.”

As soon as Erina disappeared, Dylan tapped the table and called out to the dragons.

The guys who had been crying so hard in the morning when they had to face him now looked at Dylan with an indifferent look on their faces.

“Are you guys really going to do it this way?”

Dylan asked in a growling voice.

Then…

“Kkii?”

“Buuuu?”

“Maama?”

They started talking back to him with an expression that asked him what he wanted.

“Ha…!”

A laugh burst out of Dylan’s mouth.

Harsh words welled up in his throat, but he managed to hold them back.

These in front of him were young dragons that were just three months old. Just because it seemed like he was dealing with adults didn’t mean he shouldn’t be understanding.

‘Uncle, go!’

‘Why did you come looking for us? We don’t need uncle.’

‘We’ll stay with Erina.’

However, the problem was that their obsession with Erina was getting worse.

Moreover, Dylan had no intention of losing in an argument with his nephews.

“Okay, then. Do whatever you want. You obviously said you weren’t going, so you don’t have any complaints if I stay here instead, right?”

“Kue!?”

“Pua!”

“Mas!!”

It was only after Dylan’s bombshell remark, that confusion appeared on the baby dragons’ faces.

He continued speaking while deliberately looking outside where Erina was.

“No matter how much you like that human woman, I am your guardian by blood. That’s a fact that even Erina knows. So if I say I’ll stay here with you, you won’t be able to stop me, right?”

The baby dragons, who didn’t know much about the adult world yet, beeped and complained, but Dylan didn’t even pretend to listen.

In fact, what he was saying was correct.

But 90% of the sentiment behind this thought was because he wanted to try living here too, and 10% was his desire to see Erina’s sparkling hair.

It was a pity that not even 1% of his thoughts were put into his concern for his nephews.

If Erina was next to them, she might have been fed up with their childish fight and contradicted him, but now she was busy looking for ingredients for breakfast.

That’s why the baby dragons didn’t know better even though they were being tricked by Dylan.

Resen, Lia, and Poi’s expressions gradually fell.

Dylan, who was staring at them, turned his head and pretended not to notice.

“Aaaah!!!”

Eventually, the three dragons began to cry loudly.

Erina, who was taking out the ham she had stored in the warehouse, heard the sound and rushed in with a gasp.

Clearly, they were fine when she came out!

To be able to make the children cry like that in such a short period of time was an incredible feat.

“Did Dylan make the kids cry?”

Erina quickly hugged the baby dragons. They were so sad that they were covered in tears and snot.

Dylan looked aggrieved.

“No! All I did was exchange a few words with the kids to get to know them. I knew the kids didn’t like me, but it’s been really hard on me since morning.”

Dylan’s white face turned even paler.

The fact that he was being ignored by his blood relatives seemed really difficult for him.

Erina withdrew her glaring gaze at that pitiful and harmless face.

“Come on, guys. You can’t do that to your uncle. He is your family. Huh? Don’t cry, just say sorry to uncle.”

Erina gently coaxed the dragons to apologize to their uncle.

Dylan looked at that and smiled slyly.

“Kki….”

The dragons were upset that they could not convey their uncle’s duplicity, but they instinctively realized that now was the time to bow down.

“Byaa….”

“Moo….”

The dragons’ defeated appearance made Dylan think that he had won for the first time.

Tasting the pleasure of victory, Dylan’s strategies took a turn at that moment.

First of all, he had to get ‘Erina’ on his side.
