I Became a Mother of Three

IBMOT Chapter 10

Episode 10

Erina also understood what Dylan was saying in her head.

She knew very well that it was better for the dragons to grow preciously and beautifully in the empire than in a small rural forest like this.

However, unlike her calm mind, her heart was not that way.

After three months of supporting and teasing the baby dragons, they became attached to each other and now they have become family.

When spring came, she wanted show them lots of flowers, go on a picnic together, and see various new plants growing together.

Erina, trying to control the emotions that were welling up in her eyes, approached the sleeping dragons.

Resen, Lia, and Poi were sleeping together in one nest.

The nest was small compared to the dragons, so their tail was sticking out, but they were sleeping so sweetly that it was almost a shame to disturb them.

“Thank you so much for everything. If I get the chance in the future, I will definitely repay you.”

The man bid her farewell her with utmost courtesy, just as he had when he first came to Erina’s house.

This time, Erina was not frustrated and bowed her head in response.

“Oh, please take really really good care of the children for me.”

Erina saw the man and the baby dragons off in a tearful voice, or rather tried to see them off.

If only Poi, who had just woken up, hadn’t screamed.1Bravoo, Poi ❤️

“Muaaaaah!!!!”

As soon as Poi opened his eyes, he realized that he was not in Erina’s arms, but in Dylan’s.

Then, not only did he struggle to get to Erina, but he also screamed and called for her.

Resen and Lia, who had been sleeping soundly, also opened their eyes due to Poi’s noisy behavior.

Their reaction was not much different from Poi’s.

“Kyaaaa!!”

“Bwaa!! Bwaaak!!”

Lia kicked Dylan’s forearm and quickly went down to the floor.

Then she ran at full speed and climbed up Erina’s leg. Resen and Poi followed suit and clung to Erina.

Erina, who was instantly captured by the dragons, looked at Dylan with a puzzled face.

Of course, he also didn’t know what to do.

While the two adults were perplexed, the young dragons were sniffing and patting Erina’s hair.

‘How could you abandon us!’

‘You’re leaving us in the hands of such a scary uncle!?’

‘I hate uncle! I only like Erina!’

Dylan could understand everything Resen, Lia, and Poi were saying.

Naturally, he felt uncomfortable with his nephews’ reactions, and even managing his facial expressions was difficult.

As Dylan’s mood became more serious, the baby dragons now openly hung on Erina’s back.

“Hey, guys. You can’t do this.”

Erina tried to appease the dragons somehow, but it was fruitless. The sound of their crying was loud enough to make her worry that the house might collapse.

Not only that, but the dragons’ condition wasn’t good as they cried and screamed as soon as they woke up.

“How about I make the kids calm down first…..?”

Dylan also nodded at Erina’s suggestion.

“I guess so. I think it would be inconvenient, no, dangerous to take them in this condition.”

“Yes.”

Apparently, he said a strange word in the middle.

Erina glanced at Dylan with a disapproving expression, then took the dragons from behind her and held them in her arms.

“Were you very scared? He’s not a stranger though, he is your uncle. What should I do if you are so unfamiliar?”

Erina calmly patted the dragons.

Still, the dragons seemed to have not lost their temper, so they carefully bit Erina’s fingers without causing her any pain.

“You guys! Are you going to be so rude? Who bites people like that? Are you animals?”

Dylan, who was standing next to Erina and watching the scene, let out a stern voice.

Then the baby dragons burst out crying again, after barely stopping.

“Hey, I’m sorry, but could you leave for a moment….”

Erina pursed her lips and said.

Being a strict uncle was not of any help in soothing his nephews right now.

Dylan, who flinched at Erina’s sharpness, quietly headed outside.

For some reason, he felt like he had to listen carefully to what that human woman said so no trouble comes his way.

After Dylan left.

The dragons that finally became quiet were hugging Erina, occasionally hiccuping.

“You can’t do that to your uncle. Now he is the one who will take care of you instead of your parents.”

The dragons who heard Erina’s words shook their heads.

Does it mean that they don’t like that they have an uncle, or that they don’t like their uncle taking care of them? Anyway, it was an expression of disapproval.

Erina actually laughed at their very determined appearance.

She had no choice because no matter what they did, they were so cute.

The tip of her nose wrinkled again as she wondered how sad it would be if these little kids disappeared.

Anyway, Erina managed to calm the kids down. Then, she called Dylan.

He was standing like a wall right in front of the door, just like before.

“The kids went back to sleep.”

“All right.”

Erina motioned to Dylan.

Dylan followed her into the house and carefully held the dragons in his arms.

But…

“Baaaah!!!!”

This time it was Lia.

The same situation repeated again.

Erina and Dylan were both exhausted.

The day was already over as they wrestled with the baby dragons.

If Dylan tried to take them by force, they would break down crying, so he couldn’t even touch them.

“That won’t work. I guess I’ll have to give up today. I’m worried that if this continues, the kids will get sick.”

“Yes, I think that would be better. It won’t work because the kids seem to be having a hard time.”

Dylan shook his head as his nephews glared at him from the top of Erina’s head.

Erina also agreed with Dylan.

She didn’t know the baby dragons would be this stubborn.

It was so difficult that she completely forgot all the sentimentality she had felt about their breakup earlier.

“Well then, where will you sleep?”

“Don’t worry about me. I will come back tomorrow. In the meantime, please take care of my nephews.”

“Okay, I’ll see you tomorrow then.”

After Dylan left, Erina hugged the three of them and laid down on the bed.

While the dragons were sleeping, they were holding on to Erina’s hair for fear that she might leave them again.

“Whew, what should I do with you guys?”

At that night, Erina’s worries only deepened.

In a grand mansion located in the very center of the capital of the Sylvian Empire.

Paat.

After a short flash of light appeared on the top floor of the mansion, a tall man lightly landed.

The mansion had been owned by the Harrison family for several decades, and was now run by Dylan.

“Master Dylan!”

As soon as they sensed that he had returned, the employees rushed to greet Dylan.

Their heart was also full of anticipation for the baby dragons he would bring.

However, contrary to their expectations, Dylan arrived alone, and his mood was also unusual.

Dylan glanced at the workers gathered around him and then briefly gave an order.

“I’m tired, so you all go out.”

He used a plain voice without any emotions, but the people who heard it moved away without delay.

In times like this, one of the things that should never be done is to offend their master by acting rashly.

The workers who had come rushing out left, and only Dylan and one other man remained inside.

“Mitsu? Why aren’t you going out?”

Dylan’s eyes turned to the man named Mitsu.

The man with rich auburn hair closed his eyes and smiled.

It was a smile so beautiful that other people would be taken aback by it, but Dylan still had a distraught expression on his face.

“Uh? Did I have to leave too?”

“Aren’t you included in ‘all’?”

“Oh, I’m so sad that you are treating me like you treat others. I’m already feeling lonely being left alone like a guard dog!”

Contrary to his pretty appearance, he had a thoroughly sharp tone of voice.

Dylan ignored Mitsu’s words of disappointment and began to take off his clothes.

Mits also didn’t blink and just said what he wanted to say even though Dylan was taking off his clothes right in front of him.

“But where are the baby dragons? Didn’t you run out as soon as you arrived saying you were going to get them?”

“It’s a long story, but I’m tired now, so leaving me alone.”

Dylan, who had already changed into comfortable clothes, waved his hand.

He used a gesture as if chasing away a pesky animal.

Although Mitsu felt bad about his insincere attitude, he persevered with his mental strength that had been trained over hundreds of years.

“If it’s too long, can’t you just summarize it in three lines?”

Dylan, who withdrew his shooing hand at Mitsu’s request, sighed and remembered what happened during the day.

“Oh?”

Mitsu asked for a three-line summary, but did not expect his master to really listen.

He thought he was going to kick his **s like before. What was all of this about?

The pupils inside Mitsu’s red eyes narrowed.

It was a reaction Dylan expected. As it occurred when he witnessed something exciting.

Dylan sensed his subordinate’s curiosity and thought about asking him to keep his mouth shut, but then shook his head.

Even a guy like that was a dragon.

When he heard about Erina’s shiny hair, he was sure to get excited and jump.

“There was a very pretty blonde. When the sunlight hit her hair, it sparkled so brightly that it blinds my eyes. I had a long, personal conversation with that blonde.”2All sentences didn’t have anything with the main topic🤣

It was a strange three-line summary.

However, upon hearing that, Mitsu’s expression became distorted like that of an orc.

“No! How come you could see that good thing alone? Huh?! Blonde hair that sparkles in the sunlight!! I have to go see it right now!”

It was as Dylan expected.
