I Accidentally Seduced the Male Lead's Younger Brother

IASMLYB Chapter 95

Chapter 95

Lexion grabbed Elena’s waist and buried his head in her shoulder.

Elena trembled for a moment when his breath touched her skin; it didn’t last long though.

“I missed you too, Lexion.”

She also missed Lexion very much.

Lexion stroked Elena’s back and kissed every inch of her body.

Her shoulder, neck, cheeks, and lips.

Then, naturally, their eyes met.

Gazing softly at her crimson eyes, Lexion spoke slowly.

“… Elena is my sanctuary.”

My sanctuary.

Those words made Elena’s heart flutter.

“Lexion…”

Elena whispered out his name, leaning a bit closer to him.

As she leaned her face against his chest, she could feel the beating of his heart.

Thump, Thump, Thump.

Elena’s lips curved up at the slight quickening of his heartbeat.

Lexion had a pleased look on his face as he looked at the woman in his arms.

“Are they all done?”

Elena, tucked within his embrace, raised her head.

Lexion stroked her cheek and nodded.

“Yes. All urgent matters have been resolved. So I came to see Elena today.”

“I see. What a relief.”

Elena laughed.

Lexion, still staring at her, cleared his throat.

Then he blushed and opened his mouth.

“Elena. Will you please stay with me today?”

For the past few days, Elena had been diligently helping Jeremy.

So she had already decided to take a rest tomorrow.

Therefore, the answer was simple.

“Yes. Absolutely.”

“Thank you.”

Lexion kissed the back of her hand.

He then led Elena to the portal.

Lexion’s office was pristine and different from the last time she visited.

‘It was brimming with documents back then.’

Elena smiled bitterly.

“What shall we do now?”

Lexion pondered for a moment before answering her question.

“Well. Shall we eat? Are you hungry?”

“I’m hungry.”

She hadn’t eaten much today, so she was quite starving.

He brought Elena to the kitchen.

The kitchen was currently empty since he had notified the servants beforehand.

Lexion sat her on the chair in the corner of the kitchen and started preparing a course meal for her.

Elena watched Lexion cook with joy.

He was quite proficient in handling materials.

‘He’s really cool.’

Just as Elena was about to grin, she felt something tingle.

‘… Huh?’

She has been feeling sore in her back for the past few days.

She was busy and forgot to calculate the date.

‘I’m on my period.’

Elena frowned.

“Elena, are you okay?”

Lexion, who had been observing her condition from time to time while cooking, noticed that she didn’t appear well.

Elena tried to pretend that she was fine.

“Yes. I’m okay. Just a minute.”

She hurried out of the kitchen.

Lexion tried to say something more, but Elena’s pace was faster.

*****

“Ha, damn it!”

The curse slipped out of her mouth.

She was about to go on a date but then her period came.

And now, there was another problem.

“Ugh.”

Her lower stomach started to hurt; her menstrual cramps were about to start.

Elena hurriedly rummaged through her pockets.

But the Rose was nowhere to be found.

‘Oh my gosh.’

It was then that she realized that she had forgotten to put Rose in the warehouse.

What’s more, the medicine hasn’t been in her lab since she started selling it, as she hasn’t been able to make it recently.

‘I might go to the sales department, but… I might fall down on the way.’

Elena grabbed her sore stomach and came out of the bathroom.

‘Still, it will get worse as time goes on…’

She bit her lip.

At that moment, Lexion’s voice was heard.

“Elena. Are you okay? Are you in a lot of pain?”

“Ah. Lexion….”

Lexion’s face hardened when Elena had trouble speaking.

“Ugh.”

Subsequently, the pain grew worse.

As Elena frowned and moaned, Lexion stopped thinking and moved.

He immediately brought Elena into his arms.

“Hold on a second.”

Wrapped in his embrace, Elena was unable to speak, only groaning in pain.

Lexion moved quickly and headed for the bedroom.

And immediately put Elena on the bed.

Seeing her in pain, his eyes fluttered.

“Elena, are you having menstrual cramps?”

At Lexion’s question, Elena nodded.

Instead of speaking, she rummaged through her pockets.

What she pulled out was a heated towel, one of her magical items.

The towel, wherein the temperature was kept warm, was placed on her lower abdomen and it slightly improved her situation.

Elena’s countenance slightly became better, but Lexion was still deeply concerned.

Feeling terrible, he looked at Elena and asked with difficulty.

“Elena, did you take any medicine?”

Elena shook her head and said weakly.

“I don’t have any Rose left now. If I go back to the tower, I’ll be…”

Lexion’s heart broke at the feeble tone in her voice.

Then, soon after, he remembered something.

“Wait a minute.”

Lexion covered Elena with a blanket and left the room.

He was running so fast that she heard the ruckus from the hallway.

“Ha….”

Elena sighed heavily and waited for him.

It took less than a minute for Lexion to return.

He hastily opened the door and came to Elena’s side.

In Lexion’s hand was a bottle of Rose.

“Elena. Come on, drink it.”

She showed a weak smile and took the rose straight away.

As soon as she gulped it down, the pain disappeared.

‘I made it, but it’s still amazing.’

While Elena was absorbed in her thoughts, Lexion was restless.

“Are you okay now?”

“Yes. I’m a bit better now.”

Seeing her smile, Lexion’s expression brightened.

He sat on the bed and took her hand.

“Oh yeah. I didn’t know there would be a Rose in Halos.”

Lexion smiled brightly at Elena’s words.

“I bought it because it was made by you, but I also have it ready in case the soldiers or servants get sick.”

“I see. Thank you, Lexion.”

“I think you should lie down longer, though.”

“I’m fine now.”

At Lexion’s insistence, Elena was forced to lie in bed.

Then, later, she realized that this room was not hers.

Spacious bed and colorful decorations.

A clean room without a speck of dust.

“Is this Lexion’s room?”

Elena asked as she lay on the bed, her eyes wide open.

Lexion answered as he lay down next to her.

“Yes. This is my room.”

During her stay in the Halos estate, she had never entered his bedroom.

So it was strange to see his room for the first time.

While she scanned the room, Elena suddenly felt a gaze staring at her.

When she turned her head to the side, Lexion was lying down and looking at her.

At that sight, Elena also turned to face him.

The two looked at each other silently for a moment.

Even though they were just looking, they couldn’t help but smile at the same time.

Lexion reached out and stroked Elena’s hair.

Her red hair fluttered in Lexion’s large hands.

He then kissed her hair.

“… Hoam.”

Elena yawned, feeling a surge of fatigue.

Was it because she felt sick earlier?

Lexion ruffled Elena’s hair and whispered.

“If you are tired, go to sleep.”

With that sweet voice, Elena closed her eyes.

*****

The Black Continent.

The monsters running around were visible from the sky.

‘A myriad of abominable creatures.’

Karen frowned as she observed the monsters.

Currently, she has completely hidden her existence.

Over the past few days, Karen had gotten to know the dynamics of the Black Continent.

Although she was flying with her broom, no one could see her because she hid her presence.

‘Hah.’

Karen sighed and looked away.

At the end of her gaze was a particular expansive space where the kingdom was previously situated.

As Jacob had said, it was in ruins.

There was not even a trace left of the place where the kingdom was.

Only monsters scrambled everywhere, without any other living beings in sight.

Karen bit her lip.

She again turned her head in another direction.

From the distance was the Black Tower that soared to the sky.

It evoked instinctive repulsiveness when looking at the place.

The one place she didn’t want to go anywhere near was the Black Tower.

The reason was simple.

The black magic that covered the entirety of the Black Continent was flowing out from that tower.

As an Archmage, Karen was intimately closer to magic than anyone else.

Being the polar opposite of black magic, she had no choice but to feel a horrendous rejection of it.

To be precise, she detested Black Magic.

Thus, Karen examined the dynamics of the Black Tower from afar.

First, she was going to check what kind of people were residing inside the Black Tower.

It was too dangerous for the member of the Magic Tower to do this, hence, she came alone.

‘… Again, this energy.’

As she continued to gaze at the Black Tower, she soon felt a familiar energy.

It was Henus.
