Side Story Chapter 4

His saliva thickly clung to her lips.

“Ha… Ha….”

Owen, who sucked on her wet lips again like a child, withdrew with sluggish eyes. Avoiding his gaze, she stole her lips with the back of her hand, causing saliva to stretch all the way to her cheeks.

“You said you came because you missed me.”
Ignoring her avoiding gaze, Owen grabbed Sarin’s chin and turned it back to him.

“Now that I see you, I feel a bit embarrassed.”

Sarin, speaking with her small lips trembling, was a strangely fascinating presence that she had never expected to appear in front of him.

Her nose reddened as the memory resurfaced. Her gaze couldn’t linger on Owen for long. She didn’t expect him to respond so fervently. Even though he was so close, she couldn’t see him. Meeting his eyes made her chest pound, feeling a belated wave of nausea.

People inside the mansion were seen coming out with stacks of black plastic bags. Perplexed, Sarin turned her head sideways, but Owen blocked her view.

“They’re cleaning inside.”

“Oh… seems like there’s a lot to clean.

It seemed fitting for a large mansion. Although the lights were brightly lit, it felt strangely devoid of human presence. Burly cleaners silently loaded bags and other items into the car without casting a glance in their direction.

“Well, it’s not my house.”

“I thought you were staying here.”

“Do you like it? Should I buy it for you?”

Owen asked. His words didn’t sound like a joke, causing Sarin to quickly shake her head and reply with a troubled expression.

“Then whose house is this?”

“I don’t know since there’s no landlord.”

The question of why he was here didn’t come up. Somehow, she felt like she was stepping on a mine. Watching her wisely keep her mouth shut, Owen grabbed her hand and led her to the garden as if taking a leisurely stroll.

“I just came to see your face and leave the dogs behind.”

He found out that dogs don’t like airplanes very much when he brought them to Gangwon Province. As they walked through the maze-like paths, Sarin spoke after a silence.

“Well done.”

“Did you eat?”

His jawline seemed a bit sharper as if not properly taken care of.

“I’m not sure.”

Sarin resolved to eat together while being close to him. Owen seemed to have neither likes nor dislikes. He only ate what his body needed to sustain himself. Just enough to maintain the appearance of being alive.

Knowing that he would eat together if she found something delicious, Sarin shook the hand she was holding.

“Let’s go eat. I’m hungry.”

His eyes sparkled even more under the lights as they looked at her.

“Again.”

“Yes?”

“Tell me what else you want to do. You came all the way here, I’ll do anything.”

With a simple wish to eat, Owen replied that he would do anything.

“That’s enough.”

“You don’t have any ambitions.”

Sarin was about to reply to his taunting words but closed her mouth. He seemed unaware that she was more ambitious than anyone else. He probably wouldn’t know that she was anxious every day, afraid of missing out on what she had in her hands. Without Owen, she couldn’t sleep in this peaceful daily life.
Not knowing what was around, Sarin tried to take the lead.

Her wrist, held tightly, was pulled.
“Wouldn’t it be better to get some rest?”

The held hand was raised high. Looking down at the bewildered Sarin, he asked softly.

“Are you… okay?”

“If you’re going to eat, eat something else. I’ll eat what I’m craving.”

His gaze quickly became fierce as it swept over Sarin. He roughly teased the area below her navel with the hand he held. He pressed her small hand onto his already erect member.

“Owen.”

“It would be better if we both got what we wanted. I eat what I want, and Miss Sarin enjoys eating below.”

His mocking laughter, suggesting that he enjoys deeply penetrating and sleeping with his cock buried deep between her legs, was unavoidably fierce. From the moment Owen wrapped his arms around her waist, she knew this night wouldn’t pass easily.

“I can satisfy you here too.”

Owen said he would enjoy feeding Sarin with his mouth if she liked it. And soon, he burst into laughter. As Sarin swallowed her saliva, he extended his tongue, pushing it against her lips, which had puckered from swallowing saliva. She seemed willing, like a small beast that had swallowed its saliva.

Owen narrowed his eyes when he saw the food in front of him. Sarin pushed a cutlet made of white fish towards him, as if telling him to try it. When she suggested leaving the place she didn’t even know whose house it was, this was not what he had imagined. He had thought they would move to a more comfortable place and spend the night that had naturally come to an end.

However, she parked the car in front of any random restaurant she saw and insisted on ordering food without missing the last order time.

“I thought we were going to eat something else.”

“Eat.”

Sarin eventually cut the cutlet into bite-sized pieces and placed it by Owen’s lips. He accepted it without hesitation. As he opened his mouth and slowly chewed the food, she inwardly acknowledged that even his way of eating was attractive.

While he ate, Sarin cut the next piece.

“It’s strange, isn’t it? I can’t sleep without you, and you don’t eat anything without me.”

“What’s wrong with that?”

“It sounds like we’re a pair who have to be together.”
Isn’t it like we can’t do without each other?

“Ah, that sounds nice.”

“But I still try to sleep alone unlike you.”

“Why? Do you masturbate lying down?”

It was an innocent question. Upon hearing it, Sarin hurriedly scanned the surroundings after looking at Owen, who asked if she masturbates, thinking about his cock and then inserting her fingers into her tight hole to masturbate and sleep. Late at night, there was only one table occupied at a distance, perhaps because of the late hour.

“Owen… please….”

“Lying down on my bed that hasn’t been changed?”

“Uh….”

Her hand holding the fork trembled. Owen effortlessly took the remaining piece from her fork and slowly chewed. The juice of the fish was nauseating. That wasn’t what he wanted to eat.

Nevertheless, Owen patiently endured it while looking at that vacant face that never seemed to tire no matter how many times he saw it.

If he didn’t come, she wouldn’t change the sheets even if they were dirty. When it came to her, Owen saw even the subtle things, like her situation. It was the first time he openly asked her about it in front of her. He hadn’t asked before because he didn’t want to see her worry about anything else but that face.

“If I don’t smell it, I can’t sleep either.”

As if struck by a sharp pain, she put her hand over her mouth and then turned her head away. It had started to snow without her realizing it. White powder quietly scattered under the streetlights.

“…Even though you already knew everything.”

While watching her turn her head with a red face, Owen turned his head towards where her gaze lingered. It was a scene that wouldn’t evoke any emotions from him under normal circumstances.

“It’s pitiful that you can’t sleep all night. It’s because I’m not there, right? I quite like that.”

If he wasn’t there, she would definitely fall apart. Owen liked that part. It couldn’t be helped that he was twisted from birth. Sarin looked back at Owen, who was making a satisfied expression.

“That’s right. I left it because I thought there might be a scent left. But since there’s no real one, I wake up.”

She didn’t beat around the bush. She knew she would only hear more convoluted words if she tried to hide her situation from a man who already knew everything about her. Owen’s expression stiffened momentarily, as if he hadn’t expected such an answer. Then he got up from his seat.

“We’re done eating, so let’s get up.”

Somehow, it felt itchy. Being with him right now felt like a date. Did he notice her thoughts on her own? He was a quick-witted man, so he might know without her telling him.

Sarin left the restaurant before Owen finished paying the bill.

The weather was chilly, and snow started to fall. Russian winters were faster than Eden City. Was it like this on the day she left?

She gazed blankly at the sky. The snow reflecting on the streetlights reminded her of the past. Memories of the day she came to Eden City and the day she left flooded her mind at the same time.

This wasn’t such a cold winter. This was the first winter she felt calm.

“How was it when we first met?”

She opened her mouth casually, thinking Owen would naturally be standing behind her.

“I fell down when you pushed me and couldn’t get up again.”
