After Transmigrating into a Book, I Raised Four Big Bosses

Beating Li Cuihua

Fu Yuling’s appearance made He Wen’s eyes brighten, but certainly not with hope. Instead, he thought that with Fu Yuling’s arrival, this woman wouldn’t be able to do anything to them, at least for now.

Upon seeing Fu Yuling, the woman became angry and cursed, “You, Fu Yuling! You promised to sell me this person to raise, and now your brother took them back. How do you want to settle the score?”

Fu Yuling was also filled with anger and casually grabbed a nearby tool, moving towards the woman with a determined and fighting-to-death posture.

The woman was the typical bully who was afraid of tough people. Although the original owner had a mean temperament, she only bullied her own people. When it came to others, she was weak.

Now that Fu Yuling was being so tough, the woman started to back off, but considering that the person before her was Fu Yuling, she still confronted her head-on.

Fu Yuling was also not easy to provoke. In her real life, she had been learning martial arts for several years, and she was familiar with the most painful places of a human’s body to strike during a fight.

Swiftly swinging a long stick with her hands, she quickly targeted the woman’s joints and other vulnerable areas.

She kept cursing, “Li Cuihua, my child is not someone you can bully. Look at your despicable appearance. You think you can raise my child? Don’t think I don’t know what you’re planning. You want to take He Xuan and sell him for money…”

This Li Cuihua was quite famous in Zhuangjia Village. After studying for a few years, she went to work outside and disappeared for several years. When she returned, she had turned into a fat and overweight aunt.

In this era where people don’t have enough food to eat and warm clothes to wear, Li Cuihua’s appearance is very rare. When they saw her, they assumed she must have made a lot of money outside in order to have such a plump figure.

So many villagers sought to establish good relations with Li Cuihua, hoping that their children could get rich by following her.

Having read the book, Fu Yuling knew that Li Cuihua didn’t earn her money through legitimate work. It was clear that she was involved in trafficking children and selling them to certain people with peculiar tastes, making money from it with a heartless attitude. This was a dirty work.

Thinking of this, Fu Yuling struck even harder, causing the woman to scream in pain with just a few blows.

He Wen was puzzled. How could Li Cuihua, with her large build, be unable to defeat her?

But this is fine. From now on, Li Cuihua will have to think twice before bullying them.

Holding He Xuan tightly, He Wen avoided getting hurt and had already taken He Xuan to hide aside.

“Ah…”

The woman cried in pain.

“Stop… stop hitting…”

“I’m going to die… I’m going to die…”

The woman wailed, her fat body sitting on the ground, tears and mucus streaming down her face as she cried.

Fu Yuling was still not satisfied and continued to strike a few more times. The previous blows she gave did not leave any visible marks. After all, she couldn’t afford medical expenses in their current situation.

Seeing that Fu Yuling had stopped hitting her, the woman quickly got up and ran far away. Once she felt that Fu Yuling couldn’t reach her anymore, she spit on the ground.

“Fu Yuling, just wait and see!”

Fu Yuling narrowed her eyes, exerted her strength, and aimed the object in her hand at the woman.

There was another scream of pain as the person stumbled and fell into a mud ditch after being hit.

Fu Yuling couldn’t help but burst into laughter and shouted: “Li Cuihua, when you walk, use your eyes, not your hands.”

After laughing, Fu Yuling finally looked at the two brothers who were huddled together.

Both were very thin. Compared to He Xuan, He Wen had slightly darker skin. Thinking that this child was the eldest and had to be responsible for supporting the family every day with almost no time to rest, it was natural that he would have dark skin. After all, he was exposed to wind and sun every day while working outside.

He Xuan, on the other hand, was afraid.

The original owner had sold He Xuan to Li Cuihua because she couldn’t afford the pretty dress she wanted. Li Cuihua happened to come knocking on her door, so she sold the child.

Fortunately, Li Cuihua hadn’t delivered the child to the buyer yet and was brought back by Fu Qi with the money. Otherwise, Fu Yuling would have felt very guilty.

After all, they were her own children now. Her facial expression softened and she squatted down to talk to them.

Oh my god, the OG was so cruel. Even if she didn’t know about that woman’s affiliation, just selling your child like that is wrong. I’ve never liked that in these stories, even though it’s based upon reality.
