“Educated youth?”
Fu Yuling murmured to herself.
They seemed to be educated young people who had gone to the countryside and mountains to do labor.
“Yeah. They must be well-educated.”
Fu Qi said with a sense of longing. However, he seemed to be aware of the reality. He picked up the nearby firewood and threw it into the fire, causing it to crackle and pop.

“Do you have time the day after tomorrow?”
“No, I have to go to work.”
Fu Qi put down his bowl. “What’s the matter?”
“I need your help.”
“Then I’ll take a day off.” He said without hesitation, without even asking what kind of help she needed.
Fu Yuling nodded, feeling that it was okay.
“Come early the day after tomorrow, around four in the morning. We have to go to the town, and it will take some time on the road, so we need to leave early.”
As soon as she said that, Fu Qi knew what she wanted to do.
Fu Yuling wanted to say something more, but then they heard a knock on the door.
He Xuan and He An, who Fu Yuling had instructed earlier that she wouldn’t be home and they shouldn’t open the door for anyone, came running over.

Fu Qi held He An and walked to the side. Being with the children was when he felt most relaxed.
Fu Yuling went to open the door and was surprised to see the unexpected visitors.
Standing outside the door were the people she had seen before. When they saw Fu Yuling, they nodded.
“Hello, we are from the People’s Police Station in the town.”
The person speaking showed his identification, and Fu Yuling glanced at it before opening the door and letting them in.
Fu Qi heard the commotion and looked over. He felt a bit surprised. He put down He An and brought a few chairs over.
“Please, have a seat.”
After he finished speaking, he went to pour tea.
Fu Yuling maintained a mild attitude from the beginning. “Let’s sit and talk.”
“Then we’ll trouble you.”
The three of them sat down, but the one who seemed the most authoritative was the person who had spoken earlier.
Their clothing was not uniform, but they carried a similar air of authority. He exuded a sense of justice and was meticulous in his speech.
“We received a report from someone that there were child traffickers here. One of our comrades said that you were the one who reported it, so we came to ask some basic questions.”
