After Transmigrating into a Book, I Raised Four Big Bosses

The Ending of He Qiu

Mother Fu came and started nagging, but everyone silently listened without refuting her.

“Mom, try this. It’s delicious.”

Fu Qi took a bite of the sesame pancake brought by Fu Yuling. The unique fragrance of shiitake mushrooms spread on his taste buds, instantly brightening his eyes.

Even Father Fu ate the pancake faster, indicating that the taste was indeed good.

Mother Fu took a bite and found it very good and delicious.

Now, no one bothered to look at the streamed buns that Mother Fu had brought back.

Seeing that they all liked it, Fu Yuling tentatively asked, “Mom, do you think it’s feasible to set up a stall in town and sell some breakfast?”

Although she had been to the town once, she only took a casual look. She still needed to ask Father Fu and Mother Fu for more specific information.

Upon hearing her question, Mother Fu thought that this method was indeed feasible, but…

“Ling Ling, the food you make is so delicious, surely someone will buy it. The only problem is that the policy doesn’t allow private stalls. If we get caught, we will have to suffer the consequences…”

Fu Qi shook his head, “Mom, I heard news that the government has changed the policy and is now encouraging people to freely set up stalls. It’s similar to the ‘educated youth’ movement back then, and the benefits are not bad!”

“Really?”

“It should be true. Many people have heard about it, so it’s not just a rumor.”

Fu Yuling praised Fu Qi with a glance, seeing that he was well-informed and capable of handling big things.

She continued to add fuel to the fire, “Mom, think about it. You and Dad are exhausted from working hard every day to earn a few work points. Now we can earn money on our own, not only more easy but also free. Isn’t that great?”

Father Fu remained silent for a few minutes before saying, “Do whatever you want to do. Dad is here for you.”

Mother Fu was not old-fashioned in her idead, so she agreed not long after.

Fu Yuling’s plan was to set up a stall and sell some breakfast like cakes and many more. After saving enough money, she would gradually expand the business and then take the Fu family and few children to Jiang City before the flood submerged the village in the plot.

As for He Jingsi, Fu Yuling had long forgotten about him. Just leave him in a corner.

Occasionally, when she thought about it, she even hoped that he would never appear again. She didn’t want an unfamiliar person to snatch the children from her.

After spending half a day in the hospital, Fu Yuling planned to pick up He Qiu in two days.

She remembered that He Qiu was the most cheerful one among the four children. Wherever he was, there would be laughter and joy. But through the plot, she knew that among the four children, He Qiu was the most difficult to soften.

He was mischievous and likable, and it was He Jingsi’s sister who took him away to raise him.

In the novel, it was his decision to plan and kill the male and female lead with a smile. He even used a dagger to sever the male lead’s hand when he died.

Fu Yuling remembered that the novel described it like this:

In a dim basement, the male lead was tied to an operating table, and the female lead was suspended in the air with her limbs tied.

He Qiu held a surgical knife and slowly cut the man’s hand, tendon by tendon, enjoying it.

“Did this hand touch her? And this hand too, it must have touched her too!”

Blood flowed out, staining the operating table red. When the male lead went into shock, he stopped. Then in front of the female lead, he skillfully cut off the man’s hands.

Later, He Wen scattered the man’s ashes in front of the original owner’s tombstone, and He Qiu cried like a child.

Actually, He Qiu loved the original owner. Everything he did against the male and female lead was to avenge the original owner. However, while loving, he also intensely hated the original owner for giving birth to them.

These two emotions entangled in his heart, slowly becoming a knot.

And this knot ended completely when he committed suicide with a gun in front of the original owner’s tombstone after the death of the male and female lead.

That’s so depressing and dark. Now I get why they plotted revenge on the “ML” and “FL”, it was because He Qiu loved and hated his mother and wanted revenge.
