After Transmigrating into a Book, I Raised Four Big Bosses

He An Can Walk

It’s definitely a lie to say that he wasn’t moved, but images of her from the past always appear in his mind, shouting at them with a ferocious expression.

For a period of time, even in his dreams, she was there, scaring him to the point where he didn’t dare to sleep.

“Brother…”

Beside him, He Xuan was holding a picture book and happily pointing at things.

“Brother, duck egg…”

The child’s childish voice was very pleasant, soft and cute.

He Wen wanted to hold He An as he did before, but then he suddenly thought about what Fu Yuling had just done. So he held his hand and walked to the edge of the bed.

“Xiao An, climb up by yourself.”

He Wen had a stern face, releasing his hand and letting He An support himself on the edge of the bed, his eyes fixed on his every move.

He Wen thought He An would perform a miracle. But after waiting for a while, He An puffed up his cheeks again.

“…”

He Wen pulled He Xuan next to him. “Xiao Xuan, teach Xiao An how to climb up.”

Reluctantly putting down the picture book, He Xuan quickly climbed up in front of He An and then climbed back down.

He leaned down and spoke to He An with an urgent tone, “Xiao An, have you learned it?”

He An looked at him with innocent eyes, unmoving.

Helpless, He Xuan stomped his foot and went up again.

“Xiao An, have you learned it?”

He Xuan leaned on the edge of the bed, supporting his body with his small hands, and made eye contact with He An.

After a few attempts, He An’s puffed cheeks subsided, and he showed great interest in watching He Xuan climb up and down.

He Xuan was still thinking about the picture book he had just read. He noticed with his sharp eyes that his brother wasn’t paying attention to him. He ran down and helped He An onto the bed little by little.

Then he quickly ran to He Wen who was reading the picture book and shouted, “Brother, Xiao An An did it.”

He Wen looked over and indeed saw that He An was lying on the bed. He didn’t suspect anything.

Fu Yuling had just taught him how to walk on his own, so now he wasn’t surprised by anything.

He Xuan and He Wen each held a book and stood there, engrossed in reading, occasionally exclaiming a few times.

“Brother, this one looks like a bird!”

“Brother, what is this?”

“It should be a house, right?…”

In the room, He Wen occasionally responded to He Xuan’s questions.

He An listened to their voices and slowly closed his eyes, but he remembered everything they said in his mind before falling asleep.

The wholw scene was harmonious, while Fu Yuling was busy in the kitchen.

She put away the rice and flour she had bought and then thought about what else to make.

She first made a bowl of noodles for herself. After filling her stomach, she took out the remaining noodles and put them in a basket.

She would prepare the soup for the noodles tomorrow morning, and they could be eaten by mixing them together.

After finishing that, she took out some flour and started kneading the dough. She picked some mushrooms from the space, cut them into small pieces, and stir-fried them. The smell of mushrooms became intense, and she wrapped the mushrooms in the dough to make a pancake.

She made a whole basket of pancakes. Fu Yuling wiped her sweat and prepared to call it a day.

She heard the cry of the chicks nearby and turned her attention to them.

She was busy cooking just now and had forgotten about the two golden-yellow chicks.

After thinking for a moment, she decided to put the two chicks into the space. The spring water there was a good thing, she wanted the chicks to drink it and grow bigger. She planned to stew them in soup for the children to nourish their bodies.

After tidying up the kitchen, she returned to the room and saw He An sleeping soundly on his side.

Standing beside him were two figures holding their books and not taking their eyes off them. Because the lighting was dim, both of their faces were close to the pages.

Fu Yuling frowned, this wouldn’t do.

Awww, An An wants his mother and that’s so precious. It makes the original story even more sad though.
