Seeing Gu Jinyan’s name light up on her phone, Jiang Wan Yu hesitated for a moment but decided to answer the call.

“Junior sister, I’m glad you answered my call. I’m truly sorry for what my mother did,” Gu Jinyan sighed in relief.
He had planned to apologize to her in person earlier that morning, but when he arrived at her office, he discovered that his father had acted swiftly, and she had already been dismissed from the hospital.

“Alright, I accept your apology,” Jiang Wan Yu didn’t want to dwell on this topic any longer.
Even though she had forgiven him, she still couldn’t change the fact that she was an outsider, while Sun Wei and Gu Jinyan were mother and son.
“Junior sister, I heard that you’ve resigned from your job. I have some contacts in several hospitals. I could introduce you if you’d like…” Gu Jinyan offered.
Jiang Wan Yu promptly replied, “Thank you, senior, but I’ve already found a new job! I’ll be working at the Min Cheng Men’s Health Private Hospital. I appreciate your offer, though.”
Gu Jinyan was aware of this private hospital. While it wasn’t a comprehensive private hospital, it provided excellent service and offered high salaries to its doctors. What mattered most was that it was not far from Jiangcheng Private Hospital.

The next day, Jiang Wan Yu went to work at the Min Cheng Men’s Health Private Hospital. As soon as she arrived, many male colleagues in the hospital couldn’t help but cast admiring glances at her.
“Is this new doctor really this beautiful?”
Shortly after her arrival, a nurse escorted Jiang Wan Yu to her consultation room.
