I Don’t Want To Be The Hero’s Wife – Chapter 007
“Ah…”
Did I fall asleep…?
Rona accepted the water Anark brought to her lips and drank, trying to shake off the haze clouding her mind.
Whenever their nights grew intense, Rona often found herself dreaming of the past.
Maybe it was because the past and present felt so drastically different.
‘After that… Just like people said, Anark never handed me divorce papers… But he never slept with me either.’
She’d always thought that the things she did… foolish and desperate as they were…. were the result of being crushed by the fear of divorce.
Yet even after that humiliating night, her husband hadn’t batted an eye.
She could tell what he thought just by looking at the next morning, when the dressing room was suddenly filled with soft wool pajamas, like the kind children wore.
‘So to him, my attempt at seduction was nothing more than a child’s silly performance…’
Later, once she realized he truly had no intention of divorcing her, Rona tried again to approach him under the pretense of fulfilling their marital duty.
But the same thing happened.
Anark avoided intimacy like a man with a severe aversion. He didn’t touch her. Only watched.
As if he were someone who had been neutered of all desire. Silent. Detached.
Yes… that was the kind of man he’d always been.
So then… why is he like this now?
Rona looked up at him through her blurry vision.
It was a scene she couldn’t have imagined, not even in a dream.
His military uniform was messily soaked with semen and her fluids, utterly defiled. The man who was always so composed had disheveled hair, wild and untamed.
His eyes were murky, like he was drugged, completely out of his right mind.
He looked like someone driven mad by lust.
As Rona struggled to make sense of it, a thought formed. But in that moment…
“Mm, mmmph!”
Once again, water slipped between her lips as they were parted.
Rona swallowed the water flowing in, gulp after gulp, her eyes meeting Anark’s. Though she was the one who had just woken up, it was his gaze that looked clouded.
“Haa, haa…”
She had only drunk some water, yet it felt as if her breath had been stolen. It reminded her of the night he drank whiskey while staring at her.
For some reason, a foolish thought dominated her mind, if she hadn’t run away that night and had stayed in his room, would he have handed her the whiskey just like he was giving her water now?
She also wondered if the girl she was back then might have naively remained in that room had she known the man before her would someday look like this.
Anark gently licked Rona’s lips and shifted his hips. She could feel the tip of his penis brushing against her inner walls.
“Hnngh…”
He was still inside.
Rona’s vision turned hazy again, like Anark’s. Despite how wildly they had made love, it still wasn’t over. It was as if all the intimacy they had never shared during their marriage was now happening all at once.
Her lower body was completely drained of strength. And yet, her senses remained sharp, every time Anark moved, she had to endure the intense heat coursing through her.
Without giving Rona a moment to recover, Anark began to move again.
Each time his penis plunged deep inside, the semen already filling her belly spilled out through the gaps. His thick shaft, reddened from friction, conquered her tender flesh again and again.
“Ahh! Aah… ah…!”
After having already released cum multiple times, below was soaked… no, it was on the verge of flooding. At some point, even the position of having her legs spread wide no longer felt embarrassing.
Rona tilted her head as if caught in a surge of waves, feeling an involuntary jolt run through her. Even after reaching climax, the man’s movements didn’t slow in the slightest.
“Y-you can stop now!”
Rona sobbed in the heat of passion, shaking her head. She even hit Anark with all her strength in a desperate survival instinct, but it was useless.
“Stop…! P-please, ah…! Haa!”
The predator did not answer the prey’s cry.
‘It’s to save your life. So you should accept what’s given to you, shouldn’t you?’
He was too busy devouring the prey beneath him, panting heavily, as if there wasn’t even room for the words he usually spouted so easily.
Just as Rona was about to lose consciousness again,
Anark suddenly slowed his pace, and gently licked the nape of Rona’s neck.
“Hnnngh…”
It now meant that even passing out was no longer permitted. The man would sometimes push Rona relentlessly. And in doing so, he demanded that she stay conscious.
As if to make sure she remembered exactly who was inside her right now.
Anark moved up slightly and began sucking on Rona’s ear. At the same time, the tip of his penis pressed deep inside her, knocking at the innermost wall with steady thrusts.
When Rona couldn’t take it anymore and clawed at Anark’s shoulder with her nails, his hard cock tore through her delicate flesh and struck deep with a thud. Her nails dug sharply into his skin.
In the end, Rona cried like a helpless child, tears streaming down her cheeks. It felt wretched and unfair. Back when she had longed for his touch, he hadn’t given her even a glance… yet now, when she no longer wanted it, she was caught up in his pace.
Taking in her husband’s semen had become a part of daily life. It was common for her to wake up in the morning and have to deal with it, just like today.
At this point, she couldn’t help but wonder if this wasn’t about treatment at all… if maybe he was trying to turn her into a fool.
“Hnngh, aah…!”
A climax like a bombing raid crashed down upon her. The stimulation pounding across her entire body deepened her cries. Only after a long while could Rona relax the arch in her back that had stretched high into the air and finally take a breath.
The noon sunlight poured down on Rona’s body. The scene was such a mess, it was hard to believe it was the middle of the day.
The man’s teeth had left marks and red bruises all over her pale body like decorations on a cake. While she’d been unconscious, it looked as if he’d had his fun alone… her chest and stomach were splattered with semen.
Each time Rona inhaled and exhaled, the semen slid across her body, trailing over her skin. A small pool had even collected in the dip of her navel like a tiny lake.
Seeing Rona so dazed and blank, Anark reluctantly let her go. Any further, and he really might have broken her body.
He pulled out a pocket watch from his coat and checked the time. They were already well past the hour he should’ve left. The person he was supposed to meet today was someone even Anark rarely managed to arrange appointments with.
And yet, unlike his usual self, he couldn’t stop his gaze from lingering on the woman beneath him, as if savoring the sight.
The man slowly ran his tongue over his lips, relishing the aftertaste, then gently stroked Rona’s cheek as she panted weakly, and whispered in a low voice:
“Rest.”
At last, today’s session had come to an end.
Exhausted from the relentless sex, Rona blinked slowly. If someone saw her right now, they’d probably think her husband loved her so passionately that they enjoyed some wild married life…
…But that wasn’t the truth.
She could now truly feel it… her body had become one that couldn’t live without her husband. The same shame that had overwhelmed her the first time she awkwardly tried to seduce him came rushing back.
She wondered if the way her body kept reacting like this was why he treated her divorce request like a joke, brushing it off so easily.
No matter how hard she tried to resist feeling aroused, she would helplessly fall into pleasure the moment he touched her. No, now, even just locking eyes with him or catching a whiff of his scent was enough to make her wet down below.
Though her heart resisted, her body seemed desperate for him, as if it didn’t want to feel pain anymore. The contradiction made her stomach turn.
Rona covered her eyes with the back of her hand and muttered softly,
“…Why won’t you divorce me?”
There was no answer.
Anark, having finished what he came for, stood up as if everything was done. He looked ready to leave the room… probably to go back to his own quarters, change clothes, and head out.
As his presence grew more distant, Rona hastily pulled her hand away from her eyes and asked again,
“Why are you trying to save me…?”
At those words, Anark flinched and turned his gaze back to her.
“You never cared about me during our entire marriage. You never paid attention to me. So why now…?”
“Does the reason matter? Worry about getting your strength back.”
“I just…!”
At Anark’s cold retort, Rona could no longer hold back and shouted,
“…I wanted to be with someone I loved! Not… not like this!”
At her words, Anark’s body went still. He looked down at the tear-soaked woman, then finally parted his tightly closed lips.
“Love.”
The word slipped from him like a sigh… one that felt completely out of place coming from a man like him.
Raising a hand to his forehead as if weary, Anark then fixed Rona with a piercing glare.
“So you think you have time to be leisurely chasing love? When you don’t even know if you’ll survive tomorrow? You’re wasting time on such foolish games? You must still be feeling pretty comfortable.”
He let out a scoffing laugh, as if disgusted by her naïve remark.
The cold rebuke made her chest feel like it was collapsing.
Ah.
Only then did Rona realize she hadn’t fully let him go. She had told herself countless times that she’d moved on, that she was set on divorcing him…
But in the end, she hadn’t erased him completely. The way her heart still ached so easily at his words was proof of that.
She could feel a hidden hope… one she hadn’t even realized she was still clinging to… shatter inside her. And then, as if to finish the job, his voice cut through with chilling clarity:
“You were someone I chose to take responsibility for from the beginning. And I don’t go back on a decision once I’ve made it.”
