Crowning My Feral Prince

‘You’re asking if I’m jealous right now, right?’

It was a question she never thought would come out of Leone’s mouth. The problem was the look of tension and nervousness that clearly appeared on his face. What did it mean? He didn’t like her being jealous, he meant it’s a burden? Or maybe. Because he had the same mind as her. Should she ask carefully… was it like that?

“Why-why… do you ask me something like that?”

What if it’s the former? It was scary. Even the latter… Her hair seemed to go white. She was afraid anyway. She wanted to run out like a habit. When she was scared, she tried to run away. But she persevered. She didn’t run away and asked Leone again.

He has always been overly friendly with her. He was treated as a wolf and was treated as a puppy, so it was only natural. Until one day, the intimacy was mostly joyous and endearing, but… After some time, it became poison to her. The friendliness of Leone, who became a man, aroused anticipation and excitement in her. Her heart was so swollen. In the fortress, she kept trying to cross the line.

If she really intended to hide this feeling from Leone, it’s better to know for sure now. Was it true that there was no meaning to his actions? She didn’t want to expect it, so she forcibly thought, ‘It doesn’t mean much’, but her actions were right.

She didn’t want to ruin everything because she couldn’t give up hoping for nothing. So she asked Leone. She felt like she was going to tear herself apart when she squeezed out her courage.

“Because I wonder if Trixie is jealous.”

“Why are you curious about that?”

He had his head thrown back, then sat upright and swung his body around in his chair. Between them facing each other, there was barely enough space for one person to stand. Their gazes collided in midair. Leone bit his lip.

“I, Trixie, wonder about your heart.”

At one word he spat out, her heart beat so fast. She was used to Leone’s eyes. The emotions that those eyes emitted were similar to hers. While anxious, they want to know, deliberately pretend not to, and show off.

‘Really… ? Leone is like me?’

“Huh,  okay… I, your heart, wonder about Trixie’s.”

Leone said, repeating his words once more. How should she answer? Could she be really honest? How far did he ask about her heart? Was she overdoing it now? It was only for a moment that he felt the same as her, so wasn’t it an illusion?

Like all unrequited loves, she was not given assurance. She lacked the courage to pull the horse out and throw it out. If all of this went wrong, Leone and she… In fact, if  misunderstood, Leone and she…

Deceptions and imaginations filled her head.

“… If it’s that hard, let’s change the topic.”

“What, uh.”

Before she could finish her thoughts, Leone reached out his hand. His warm hands wrapped around her wrists. Just like that, her wrist was pulled. Her head was blank, so she couldn’t react and was led straight to him.

Leone sat her down in the large chair he was sitting on. Then he knelt down in front of her and sat down. Even so, the height difference was not significant. She was sitting as if he was going to obey her, but she felt strangely trapped in Leone’s arms. It was too close. Leone’s scent and warmth struck her, and her face heated up rapidly.

Leone didn’t take his eyes off her. His gaze, which had to be received in close proximity, was burdensome. It felt like his whole body was about to explode.

“Trixie. How do other men look to you?”

“Me, a man?”

It was a random question. No matter how much she thought about it, she couldn’t think of a person who could be called a man. Adler and Benjamin, well, they were just workmates who worked hard together… Who else? No matter how much she squeezed it out, the existence of a man other than Leone never came to her mind.

“You had to fight with the nobles this time. Like the men I met back then, like Verbena and the guild leader. There are also nearby Adler and…Benjamin too.”

As the thought grew longer, Leone provided an example. Faces came to mind one after another. Rather than being a man…

“I think you asked that question before, was it Adler?”

“Huh. I remember.”

“I remember because it was such an absurd question. All just… good human? It’s a feeling. A friend rather than a man, well.”

“Yes. Do you think so?”

“Eww… huh.”

Leone smiled bitterly. That face was so pretty.

‘I wish I could get farther away.’

It was hard to answer properly even if she calmed down thinking about Leone’s feelings and how she felt. Her face heated up like an electric rice cooker, and her head just went round and round noisily, like when steam drained from that hot rice cooker.

But Leone got closer and closer. It’s as if your lips are touching. If you lose your mind like this, it’s Leone’s fault. Did he think this makes sense?

“I know now. Benjamin, Adler… Up to Verbena’s guild leader. they don’t care about you that you don’t have one.”

“Oh, yes. Yes.”

“But I still want you to not talk to those men. I’m going crazy.”

“…”

“They say this is jealousy Trixie.”

Leone was jealous of the men around her. The emotions she saw in Leone were not illusions. This was certain. Words that couldn’t be put together made her head go white. To be honest, there was nothing to become more white, but at this level, it was close to becoming transparent.

“How about Trixie? No matter how much I say no- I danced with someone, just got close to the young lady. What if you stay?”

Leone knelt down and held her hand. Carefully handling it as if it were the most precious thing in the world, he placed his forehead on the back of her hand.

“Trixie. I thought you weren’t looking at me at all.”

“…”

“But I keep thinking that maybe not.”

Leone removed his forehead from the back of her hand and crushed the tip of his nose. The breath and warmth touched it, and it tickled me excessively. Yeah, it was so ticklish. A tingling sensation ran up and down her spine. The hard truth to bear, Leone saw her as a woman. The truth rushed in, and her breathing quickened.

“Is this greed? Trixie. Is it?.”

He called her with a worried voice. Soon, Leone’s lips touched the back of her hand. His lips pressed deeply against the back of her hand.

“I just- I just want to know.”

To put it simply, he and she loved each other, but why was it so difficult to organize? She had to pick out the words, but it was extremely difficult. From her fingertips, the nerves all over her body were on edge. Leone’s lips moved along the back of her hand to her wrist. He squirmed thickly and stickyly, as if he wanted to leave a mark.

“Ah- ok.”

It was a strange feeling. A feeling she had never felt before. Every time his lips touched, her body trembled and bounced.

“Le, Leone! Wait a moment-.”

“Why, don’t you like it?”

“No, that’s it. I’m sorry.”

His lips went over her wrist and up to her wrist. His thick lips were very soft and tender.

“You don’t like it?”

“Eww… no.”

“No?”

“Ah-huh.”

“If you don’t like it, it’s good.”

He was just kissing the tender flesh, but even her legs were shaking. It was to the point where she thought she was lucky she didn’t fall. She had no idea what it would be like. A violent heartbeat rose up to the fingertips.

“Tell me, Trixie.”

She didn’t know what to answer when she was out of her mind like this. Leone slightly raised his body. He buried his face in her shoulder and hugged her.

“Trixie.”

Even the vibrating bass sound tickled and stimulated her, so she pulled her body back without realizing it. She couldn’t move because Leone’s strong arm wouldn’t let her go.

“Trixie. You were jealous, right? Let me know everything. Why are you so jealous, why do you care about that young lady? Are you like me, like you’re going crazy? All.”

Emotions in his question poured out. burning heart. Frustration, nervousness, fear. and… Affection. As she witnessed those emotions, the turbulent senses subsided a little. She put her hand on his wide chest and pushed it with a little force. Leone did not hold out and was pushed back to his kneeling position. She only let go of the hug, but he was still too close.

“I think- that’s right. tell me. Trixie.”

His seductively pleading lips were within the distance of touching mine with the slightest movement.

“Leone.”

Who did say that what was so hard to put into words was love? Even though she could see his heart clearly, why was she so hesitant to speak face to face? Was it because it’s such a strange word? Because it’s an irreversible confession? Did he think that if he said it, her whole heart would be filled with love and overflow beyond your control?

‘No, just because I’m a coward.’

“I am like you.”

Come to think of it, Leone said words of love to her many times. She dismissed it as not love and destroyed it. Her relationship with him wasn’t like that, they couldn’t. Even if she did, Leone wouldn’t…

The boundaries she set for herself as she fell in love with him without even realizing it. Fear of being rejected, fear of being nothing to him, fear of falling apart, fear of not being next to him, fear of everything, the walls she built. How many barriers had been built and broken between him and her. It had to be her who broke the wall she built. Leone already put a weapon in her hand, and she was sorry to ask him to break it.

With a serious face, she reached out for the lovely being who awaited her next words. His soft cheeks wrapped around the palm of her hand.

“I love you, Leone.”

Everything she had built in herself has been shattered. In the eyes of the man she loved, she was all in it.
