Chapter 19
Despite its classical appearance, the castle interior was fully equipped for its inhabitants.
I never went out of the bedroom, but there was a water pipe connected to the bathroom with hot water. It was a utopia that everyone wanted to live in at least once, or even visit at least once.
If it weren’t for the current situation, Diana might have been happy to stay in this fairy-tale castle.
Diana lowered her head again and measured the height from the floor. It was a distance that seemed far removed from her perception of her body. Now that she thought about it, she didn’t even know the floor number of the bedroom she was trapped in.
How many floors away is this place? 3rd Floor? 4th floor? Since I didn’t know the details of the villa’s structure or the overall shape of the building, I could only guess everything.

A thought that passed by for a moment made her burst into laughter. She has never climbed a tree or climbed a wall or anything like that. Because of her lack of tact, there was a great risk that she would break her leg or sprain her ankle before she could properly escape.
Even if I was lucky enough to land safely, the next step was even more problematic. I didn’t know where I was, and I had even less of an idea where I should go. And on top of that, I was dressed like this.
Diana looked down at the thin silk dress. The slippers I was wearing were also not suitable for walking around outside.
All I could see around me were trees. It seemed like the villa was located deep in the forest, just like he said. At night, the howling of animals would get louder, so it was impossible to even think about leaving this forest alone.
Since the day she got lost in the woods as a child, she had never ventured deep into the woods again. But now, here was a villa surrounded by such a dense forest.

That Edmund really loves her.
What on earth does he want from her? Does he just want her to be locked in the bedroom and roll around with her?
It felt like I was completely separated from the outside world and had no idea how time passed.
But how long could this life last? He couldn’t keep herself locked up here forever. There would come a time when he would get tired of it. And then she would be abandoned.

It seems that I have really hurt his pride. His thinking was short-sighted. He is a duke admired by everyone, and I am just an ordinary girl from the countryside.

Diana shook her head. She laughed at her sudden delusion. Wasn’t this just a dream? He loves her and expresses his possessiveness by tying her up so she can’t go anywhere.

‘Yeah, that’s ridiculous.’
She smiled forlornly. If she was someone that he cherished and loved, he wouldn’t lock her up like this and take her body day and night. Wasn’t he the one who pushed her until she lost all her energy without showing any mercy even when she was having a hard time?
This is just a punishment. Accepting him while she was trapped in a picturesque castle. It was clear that it would only end once they overlapped each other to his satisfaction.
When I thought that he had completely hidden this side of him while meeting her, I was overcome with fear.
Why didn’t I know? How could I not know?
I was angry at myself for not even noticing this during the few months I had been dating him. I was so ashamed of myself for being so dull that I almost cried.
Diana raised her goosebump-covered arms and hugged herself tightly.
Scary.
To be exact, what scared me the most was that I was becoming more and more accustomed to him. Being locked in a large, fancy room, waiting for him all the time, rubbing my body against him, getting used to not being able to do anything without his care.
If things continued like this, my existence might actually disappear without a trace. I will end up as a doll locked in the bedroom waiting for his touch.

I didn’t know how long his strange obsession with myself would continue. If he got tired of playing with me, he could throw me away without hesitation. No, it was just a pre-planned procedure.

I was staring out the window, feeling distressed by all sorts of thoughts.
“What are you thinking again?”
A hand reached out from behind and hugged Diana’s waist.

In an instant, she was locked in the man’s arms. His arms wrapped around her waist, binding her so tightly that she couldn’t even think about him letting her go.
“I didn’t even know you were coming from behind.”
Edmund lowered his head and buried it in the back of Diana’s neck. Diana shivered slightly as his hot breath tickled the side of her neck.
“Have you ever thought about jumping out of the window again?”
“No.”
Diana was so flustered that she answered too quickly. She was embarrassed because it felt like he had read her every thought.
“Then?”
He put more strength into the arms around her waist.
“I was just… looking at the trees.”
Diana pointed out the window, where cherry blossom petals had fluttered and everything had turned pink.
“It’s so beautiful.”
“There’s no way you will ever get out of that forest, thinking the same thing right?”
“That is… … .”
Diana was speechless, not knowing what to say.
“You’re still cute, Diana.”
He let out a low laugh and rubbed the bridge of his nose against her shoulder. Meanwhile, his hands around her waist gradually moved up, and he started grabbing and massaging both of her breasts.
She was wearing nothing under the thin silk. There was no corset or even the bare minimum of underwear. Diana’s breathing became even more ragged as the large, firm hands began to caress her soft flesh.
“Um, Edmund… …Huh.”
An overly explicit sight unfolded. As a large hand slowly kneaded her breasts, she could clearly see her body reacting immediately under the thin fabric.
Diana felt even more ashamed as her firm, erect nipples seemed to be tempting him.
